Okay,

So I basically got up to 600 euros today, withdrew 400 and lost the other 200.

I cant lock withdrawals there so I did what I do every time.

I took a cooling period for one week so I dont cancel my WD and lose it.

I just logged in and saw they returned money to my account ans canceled my WD on their own.

Contacted support, they told me whenever you take a cooling period, all withdrawals are canceled.

I have to wait 7 days now for them to delete that cooling off period.

Is this a common thing? Any reps that can help about this?

I have played on 20 sites, not a single one did this.

If they cant lock withdrawals, then you go cooling off and you cant cancel your WD.

This here sounds like a way to make players lose their money back.

Feels unfair.

Thats the exact opposite of a casino that has 1% left of consideration for the financial and mental health of the customers. There is good and bad things about softswiss. They leave you the f*** alone with questions and or sow retardness. On the other hand, they would let you gamble away your life , house, family, job and anything else you own until you die from starvation. I prefer to be left alone, just don’t act like that with them, they will use it against you. They approve payments in less than an hour anyway if you ask support. Just set a max lost limit for 24 hours next time, they wont have the joy to make you wait a week for a 400$ cashout. If any casino apply a rule like that against their player, the player in question should waitb7 days, cashout. Enjoy the winnings. And ... close the account ;)

How were you even able to log in to your account?
During a cooling-off period. you shouldn't be able to access your account. That's the whole point of it.

Exactly,

I already did the verification before my first withdrawal few weeks ago so verification shouldnt be an issue.

After a whole hour talking to their agent and actually threatening to post this unfair treatment on all relevant casino forums, the agent found a way to approve my cashout (there was a way all the time but they wanted to see if I am gonna let them go through with this).

The agent asked for another proof of payment verification.

I deposited via Paysafecard and threw the paper in the bin. He insisted I needed to have the proof of payment.

I opened the trash bin and found it. Uploaded it and now suddenly the system doesnt automatically cancel withdrawals made while on cool off.

This stinks a lot and sounds pretty unfair, especially since it isn't a huge amount of money.

Their behaviour just proves there arent any system restrictions, it's just throwing shit and seeing what sticks basically.

The whole site is pretty great, but this treatment seems quite unfair and I hope it gets better.

I can only talk about my experiences with N1 and they are not dodgy in any way as far as i am concerned.
I play there very often and i am paid swiftly when i withdraw.
I have never requested a cooling off period so i cannot say anything about that but i am sure Vitali may be able to help round that.
Yes i think all Casino's should have a lock withdraw facility but if the don't then yes this rule is pretty damn poor regarding cancelling your withdrawal.
Do not let this one issue put you off playing with them as you will find in time they are a very decent outfit.
