After my traumas with Ironman my new nemesis is Gonzo's Quest which recently has given me results I never thought possible.
I am not only losing but managing to trigger the bonus round every thousand spins if I'm lucky and this has gone on over many thousands of spins.
It is pretty unusual to go over 500 spins without hitting a bonus round even if it is naff but over a thousand is rare. To do it 5 times consecutively on the same slot? So like 6 triggers in 60000 spins...
I find that very hard to put down to chance.
We all have bad rounds where we can't hit anything but I to put it into perspective, I guarantee you pick any video slot with free spins and you will hit the bonus within a thousand spins and very likely within 500.
In fact you could likely play all night on the same slot and not go a thousand spins without a bonus trigger but how about doing that 5 times consecutively?
To cap it off I am playing the max 20 lines which means if 3 bonus symbols land on 1st 3 reels I have a 20/27 chance of making the trigger (actually higher because any win would give an extra chance)
So how is it that I am hitting any 3 on a non paying line twice as often as on a paying line?
Seems rather far fetched again.
Tonight I had already gone over 800 spins without hitting again when played another $50 at 40c a spin and still couldn't hit, crazy. I went through $150 at 60c a spin without hitting last night as well and so on and on and on and on.
You expect to get a feature playing 40c a spin with $50 at bad times but on a slot that has already gone so long without hitting , again!
If I hit 25 free spin rounds in 100 spins then it might even out LOL.
Don't get me wrong I know this slot is high variance and I enjoy it and have won on it other times but after runs like this it makes me suspicious.
Anyone else experienced anything similar with this slot and what would you guess the probability of a trigger are?
I would say it is a little higher than most slots, maybe 1 in 180 or something but maybe it is much higher?
