My brithday gift from Inetbet Casino why?

I have been a loyal player with Inetbet for many years ,
In my experience I have found that because of the integrity and good name of the place I would be fine even without live-chat as an option.
Recently however I traded fast cash outs for excuses and slow responses.
An example is telling me the payment system is down , this for more than a week.

I had a win with them and they refused to pay because a bonus was attached and they had a betting rule that was broken.
It was brought to my attention and I respected it further I did not appreciate the fact that a 1000 euro balance had been voided
but to some degree I could understand.

Just had my birthday and between festivities I deposited with Inetbet and the luck was on my side I had a balance of 2000 euros at the end.
This put me in a good mood and I could now move past the 1000euro void completely (I think a warning or different solution could have been offered if you look at my deposits)

Now logged in to find my balance removed and deposit returned if they did not want me as a player they could have easily made this clear after the last void of balance.

Depositing on my birthday sending me a few mails with wishes and so....then this ,I Don't have a clue how to respond to this.

Could anyone with experience share how they would continue ?
 
Did you take a bonus?
If so they tell you which games you are allowed to play.
Don't never play anything else!

I am aware of restrictions of Inetbet especially after the void I was very careful not to break any rules.
I did take a bonus and I could play all the slots , and I only play the slots so that worked used to work for me in an easy way.
That should not be the case but thank you for your reply!
 
Surely they have emailed you a reason as to why the balance has been void and the deposit returned, what was there reason for the void?

In the past I would get an update on such transaction in detail the last times I didn't get the same service.
They did not email me anything after the void , it comes off as this ,I played here for years and now they appear to stop responding although its soon to say.
I've send them an email in the morning and I am still waiting , I asked for an asap reply .
I'm still baffled after all these years depositing a very large amount over time getting treated like this.

As clarification the casino in question is : Inetbet EU casino

Without knowing the specifics of your case its difficult to comment.

Unfortunately you played games that were excluded from the coupon and so your balance was reverted back to your deposit. I have double checked and you were emailed with this information immediately after we took this action.

After checking what you said in PM I confirm a copy past error and I had the wrong coupon this was my mistake.
However looking at my e-mailbox I also confirm not receiving any email about it no response to my emails as of yet.

I do not like the unpersonalized service I feel like number waiting in line and I gamble away too many euro's to get that feeling.
So sure void another win from a good player with his honest mistake even though he was send better coupons even for his birthday.
I can understand rules but at times you expect a better feeling and a sometimes the mistake should not be fully on the consumer but that is my opinion .
In the light of this event I will reconsider my play at Inetbet EU and maybe just stop completely.
For those reading the rules to the letter every time (wich I did put had the wrong paste :eek2:) good luck
I for one think there are many place with better service and less complex rules it was the trust and good name that kept me there in the first place.
In all fairness they follow there own rules but do not communicate well at all , as said still no email, even though Tom here is very sure I got email he is mistaken.

Inet is powered by RTG. All players know very well that the RTG platform can disallow games that are excluded from a coupon. Why does Inet not implement this and thus leaving it as a potential trap for players? I recall Bryan stating he would take this up with Inet a year ago but I had heard nothing since.

I would be very happy with a change like this .
I've played at a casino who would provide a pop-up to warn you of term breaking if placed this bet.

Ok saw where KK did say it was him. Never knew where he went, was always great at CW.

That darn dog must have ate the email again! Only seems to happen with Inetbet, emails in both directions.

I hear you Dr What, communications and CS are that casinos Achilles heel.
