Does anyone here have any contacts other than email to muchbetter? I'm in Canada and find it very odd and a bit concerning that they won't answer emails and they owe me 18k in interacs (not gigadat) they do there own thing now. These were processed Friday and generally are paid within 1 hr max.
Now I can't get any answers and have no idea how to put in a investigation to a payment provider, shouldnt have to! casino paid them instantly, these guys are stressing me out now.
They were paid through betsafe. Long shot just thought maybe someone here had some info.
 
I was using them all the time until I maxed out on my 365 day limit in about 2.5mths, they have SOW'd me to increase my limits, I refuse to let any non registered Canadian financial institution to have any of my personal fianancial info, its a shame, flawless system for me until this happened, however I did not use them to w/d.

I did try the vip email, no response on it either, I guess I'm a bit lost how they can just not pay me my money from a casino that's licensed.
It's not in my muchbetter account anymore because it shows I requested it as interac but I since have no response about the transactions. Or interacs.
So if they steal it,.I'm screwed I guess? I asked betsafe and it's like talking to a blank wall,.they don't understand my questions, replying with scripts as usual.
Reply back for me and see if they still in business haha, and get my money! Ha.

Give it a couple days, maybe its tied up with Gigadat on the Interac.

Yes, unfortunately i have no option but to wait and see whats up. They have their own system for etransfers and also have option for gigadat, I select their version cause it's instant to me (well normally). Thanks for the help.
 
I find withdrawal usually takes anywhere between 2-5 business days....usually 2-3 days. Never had problems with them but I think the biggest amount I've ever withdrawn from there was 5K.

Im pretty sure MuchBetter had to be OK'ed by iGaming Ontario if that means anything to you in terms of trust.

They don't use gigadats system unless you want them too, they have their own that has been instant etransfers since they started it- weekends included! not 24+hrs like gigadat.
I have nothing to do with Ontario, don't live anywhere near that province.
I also have never had a problem with them previous they paid me instantly until this.
Problem I have is I have no idea where or if I am getting my 18grand because they seemed to avoid every form of contact now, Twitter, Facebook, email, text, so I guess...just be aware is all I'm saying I don't trust a company that goes black when they owe me that kind of money.
 
Well I thought their interac option cost less and was quicker.
Now I won't anymore.
It's funny how things like that only happens when the amount is larger than usual and all of a sudden worth screwing your regular customer.
Their email support sometimes take up to 20 days to respond (during covid) but they always end up doing the right thing. They make way to much money to scam anyone for 18k and hurt their image. Well IMO...
If you ever reach anyone from them, always reply directly to them by email and be polite and nice if you want your money.
