mr green sooooo slow on payouts

i cashed out from mr green on friday..looked at my account today and my withdrawel is still sat pending and available to reverse

the site says it can take 24-72 hours to process a withdrawel and 3-5 days to hit my bank account..

so i emailed them tonite asking why my withdrawel was still reverseable...there response was the 24-72 hours to process is just a guideline..an..d it can take longer...there is no mention on there website that the 24-72 hours is just a guideline . is it just me or does this seem well over the top..so the earliest it will be processed is tomorrow which means given that its easter weekend this week i prob wont recieve until a week tomorrow...12 days from cashout to bank..maybe longer

really think its time some places sorted there banking systems out ..in this modern age should it really take so long to do ...

i think one of the biggest frustrations for players is the length of time some places take to pay..

i like mr green got some fab fun slots...but it def the last time i play there until they speed up there payment service

If it is in reversable, they have not even STARTED, so this is partly bullshit. Had they started processing earlier, you would ONLY have the delay due to the banking system, which is around 3 days. If they use a UK banks though, it will now be "instant" because of the new payment regulations introduced in January which cover all electronic banking transactions within the UK. It is still 3 days if a foreign bank is used to initiate the transaction, which is usually the case with online casinos. You may get it before Easter if it is sent out tomorrow, but it should really have been sent out today, if not at the end of last week.

This is one of the reasons I can't understand WHY places that hold your money hostage are accredited. Its predatory and I'm hoping somebody stands up to this someday.

i was about to ask a question about that nate...

thought there would be something in accred rules about prompt payment and none of this holding onto money for days on end

not that my custom will make any difference to them but i wont be playing there again

I feel for you mate , its a pain in the arse ! i had a cash out of 2000 last month. i came back two days later and thought id play a wee bit .
bottom line , i cashed out 400. i hate that system. i now play at ladbrokes and heard they have very fast cashouts !
so yeah , think about moving . you dont want this again !

Sometimes the money can show as reversible at Mr Green and still be paid out already. Happened to me and my friend. They are very fast with cashouts i think.

trouble is u email them asking how much longer it will take and they respond with it can take 24-72 hours to process cashout..

i reply with i know this already ..but its now been 5 days since i cashed out so how much longer will it be
