So, as many will have done by now, claimed the daily 5 free spins at MR Green. Now I played my 5 free spins today and won a total of £1.10 MASSSSIVEEEE win lol now tell me if this is right- and could someone explain this to me in simple terms




That is the worst wagering requirement I have ever seen in my life! Apparently according to the chat people when I deposited £10 and took the welcome bonus it has a x350 wagering attached, despite using the welcome bonus it still stays no matter what until you make that wager!

Did you play down your whole welcome bonus? If you leave even half a penny in your account, the wagering requirements will stick. I suggest you contact their rep aliatam here. The support at MrGreen can sometimes be a disgrace.

You should however note that the rep who is here is aliatam, and not the other guy. Ali was online in July, so it might be worth sending him a PM, and he can probably help you.

I do however feel that MrGreen needs to do something with this stuff. They are accredited here, and should treat their customers better.

It's hardly that simple is it- I could search say Mr Green on here and get back thousands of search results- I'm not likely to go looking at every single one am I now? and more to the point, I used this casino because it were accredited on Casinomiester - if so many players have also had problems with MR Green Casino then WHYYYY is it in the accredited section??

I've had 0,005 and they did remove it. At first the chatt said he could not so I picked up my phone called them and the guy said: sure we can remove it.
It's your account if you don't want any pennies that can't be playable then you should have the right to get rid of them.

The fact that there welcome bonus holds a x350 play-through (which I should have checked first) and for example say you were to deposit or receive another bonus, whist having money from that "welcome bonus" still in play, even if it were 1p- still constitutes a play-through of x350 + x any other bonus taken. Basically if I would have deposited today with this in play, I still would have had to make that play-through on that welcome bonus, meaning it would have been as good as throwing money away!

Now imo I think that this warranted and gave me basis for me to make as much noise as I possibly like because after all - this site is about peoples experiences and opinions on on-line gaming! As someone pointed out earlier to me, if I had searched Mr Green Casino then I would have been aware of issues other players have faced in regards to similar issues- that said I did do a search and found nothing relevant although it were a quick search! Now I have expressed this, informed other possible players of the way in which bonuses work, and now they too can think twice before signing up here! The playthrough on your first deposit was still there because you had a few pennies in your account. You will never again forget to check such a thing in a new casino again.
I do not think it carries over if the account is empty.

My question was only if you won anything with your 1.10 and I got the answer.

Yep I sure won't make that mistake again! See I assumed it would be like MG were it goes from bonus funds to funds say when you deposit or get another bonus! Safe to say I assumed wrong

Mr green has been having this problem for years. Seems to be impossible to fix. I dont know if it is about carry ower from old bonuses or what is the deal. But many people have had 400x or 1202x wagers for freespin winnings .
Me myself included (and 100% sure I played my balance to 0,00€). Really dont like playing there because of this issue.

Easy way to fix it is to clear all bonus requirements when the players balance reaches £0.10 or below. this would stop all these stupid £0.0009 amounts blocking them.

Usually the only way to clear small balances is to keep reducing lines and stake levels which is a pain and detracts from the fun especially if you are trying to get rid of pennies and hit free spins.

The other option is to never take bonuses, these days they only benefit the casino. I can't remember the last time I took one and it is so much nicer knowing all your balance is yours to do as you please with.

They bared me cause i was chatting to there staff while intoxicated and said the wrong thing obviously but its like they were hunting for me to say something in which they could bar me as i asked to many questions. I had a problem with there terms and conditions and wagering amounts not even moving. Went through $290 euros yet the wagering requirement was still 0/1800. So therefor had no idea when i could ever withdraw my wins! Complete Shambles of a website why on earth do you support this website?
Yes there friendly staff till you have a problem they'll find anyway to bar you the amount of times these guys said to me "do you feel your out of control" because id asked to see my data or any sort of query the imminent threat of being bared was right there. I have no gambling addiction i just went on a drinking binge and while i do that i like to bloody gamble. Im from New Zealand we do things a little differently here. When i go to the pub i drink and gamble and since being unwell ive been doing it from home instead and found online gambling to be rather unfair biased and the staff are all "friendly robots" till you have an issue E.g i was angry at the games lagging and not loading properly when they should have been next minute its "are you out of control" etc lol i know its just there job but come on these websites are for fun, i was having fun and now they've ruined that and given me a bad experience.

They do not allow me to play there due to my jurisdiction though that's fine with me. You admitted being influenced by alcohol whilst conversing to their staff presumably in live chat. I am not privy to what you said to them nor what they said to you so maybe if you could show us the transcript of the chat we can voice out our opinions.
