Moving to the Caribbean

Hi,

Does anyone know about the status of online gaming in the Caribbean? I currently live in the US but am thinking of moving to the Caribbean. While of course the weather is nicer, I'm sure the conditions for online gaming will be much more friendly and fun as well, no more of this credit card garbage and restricted casinos etc.

Specifically, I'm thinking of moving to one of the following:

Aruba
Bahamas
Curacao
British Virgin Islands.

I'd like any helpful information regarding the following:

1. legality
2. available online wallets (I think Neteller is available in all the above, Oh, how I miss Neteller!)
3. number of casinos available to play.
4. available promotions and bonuses (I know sometimes I read in the T&C's something like, "No bonuses for players from XXXXXX")

My guess for the appropriate section would be probably either payment processing or online casinos. Then again I could be wrong.
Hope your move goes smoothly if you go thru with it though.
