so, i have been doing everything i can to make sure i get paid by the "queen of rogue city" casinos in a timely and fair manner. but now i have a new question. after talking to someone at the live help icon, i was given an address for an authorization form, at:
Outdated URL (Invalid)

the problem is that this form does not match the one i found on the cashier page at virtual casino, at:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

so can anyone tell me which form is better? i had asked simply whether or not i had ever submitted my necessary documents; i could not remember if i had done it or not at signup. short short version is that i was playing there before i found HERE, got lucky and now am worried that i have to fight for what i (luckily) earned. does it seem fair and true that the more i communicate, or harass them, the more likely i will be to get paid? it has not been that long (a few days) since i submitted my withdrawal, but given the horror stories on here i figured that i might as well start now. do they really deserve the benefit of the doubt, and should they be given a chance to come through? i've already sent 4 emails in 2 days, with no reply...

Just as an aside to the above, I too was playing at Virtual before finding this site, however as yet I have nothing to complain about. I have only put in 2 withdrawal requests since the beginning of November and both withdrawals ($1000 & $2132) have been paid in the timescales mentioned in their terms. OK the last one was 2 days beyond, but then again I did have an email informing me it would be slightly delayed. I know they take upto three weeks to pay sometimes, but they do state that. I have no problem with that and as I have said up to now I have not been given an issue to concern me. Maybe I have been lucky, or maybe I have just taken care to avoid any misunderstandings and confusion. I don't know. Another chance is available now to be proved wrong in that I have requested another $700.

Until I have something to complain about, I will continue. The only thing to remember is always check with them what is and what isn't allowed with the coupon you chose to play with before you start to play.

I always say if you don't like the terms and conditions a casino has don't play there.

On the subject of documents, if it is possible to send them while you are online to the live chat operator, try that and they can confirm receipt of said documents. If in doubt as to which authorization form to send, fill in both and send both:)

I will maintain my wariness however at ANY casino I play at, even InetBet who have just paid me within 8 hours of my withdrawal request:thumbsup:

To mention Inetbet and Virtual in the same thread is just silly and shows how uninformed you are . I am not slamming you ...that is just the fact . Virtual owes people thousands of dollars in unpaid winnings ...look around the forum a bit and you will find many threads about Virtual and their clones with complaints from good people who did nothing wrong that got burned simply because they had the nerve to win and try to cashout .

I haven't had a pop at anyone that has complained. My experiences of the last 4 months give me no grounds to slag either of those casinos off. OK Virtual takes longer to pay people, but they tell you that. When they fail to pay me I will honestly return and say 'you told me so'.

I have read what people have said about their past experiences, but not one has been from the past 4 months that I have read anyway. As I stated above I always make sure that I can play the games I want to play on the coupon I want to redeem and any playthru requirements.

I am not silly because both casinos pay me when there terms state the will. I refuse to bad mouth anyone that hasn't given me cause to just because others have. I also suspect some of those did not read or check up the t&c that applied to their particular situation. Note I did say some.

Call me silly if you like but over $2000 profit and in my bank account says I'm not.

Didn't realise that posting personal opinions on here invited that sort of response.

Lets not forget we have to abide by the casinos rules, not the rules we think the casino should have. That is the way of online casinos

Demon, I agree....

As a 5-year online player, I agree with Demon's assertion that you cannot completely trust any online casino for payment. I'm sure the reverse could also be said from the casinos' point of view.

Demon.......as you can see, many members of this forum have different agenda and some are overly sensitive. Just let it roll off my friend.

Noted:thumbsup:

Agenda? Are you kidding me ? As stated I can also give my personal opinion and I did . Virtual and its' clones have a long history of not paying people their winnings . They are not accredited here for a reason .

Bryand , I don't see what you are saying .
I thought I was polite and honest .
I am hoping poor Shdw gets paid.

thank you all, but...

didn't mean to touch off such a debate, and thanks to all who chimed in, but i guess what i was really hoping for was someone to tell me which form, if it matters, i should fill out. thanks again!

Unless you want to wait 14 days to have your wd denied for wrong form do them both. iirc one form will strip you of chargeback rights, the other just for the specific card or method you used for deposit... it's part of their 'game'.

Seems the right thing to do lojo voids any complications if there is any  just a little humor!. :D

@ shdw06, I'ts usually better to be patient with all casinos with withdrawals and let them make request for documents needed for your cashout to be processed instead of bringing it up yourself.

Especially with casinos like the Virtual group, cashing out at this group casinos can be like reaching into a raging fire to get your money. Don't give them any open doors.

Even though I'm sure they have a chosen few! "emphasis" on chosen few.

Although many are unpaid, they DO pay some people, so there is nothing to be lost by sending in forms, jumping through hoops, etc. BUT, look for signs of their "games", this will be when, despite adhering to all terms and conditions to the letter, and sending in all the documents they want, they start to pull "new" provisos out of the ether that you must meet before getting paid. This would be a sign that they no longer regard you as a "cash cow", but a player with a risk of coming out ahead long term.

Being $2000 in profit is not enough, they may well view this as a fluke, and will keep the player happy so they can get it back, and then some more.

There is the possibility that they are being extra careful about ripping off UK players, as they may be planning to find a way around the UK advertising ban, and a foothold in the EU marketplace through moving to a UK whitelisted territory.

come on, be patient

Hi there, i have no dealings with virtual casino at all however it seems you may be jumping the gun in a big way.....yes there are a lot of bad apples out there but most are okay and a withdrawal can take 7-10 days in any casino and after that you can shout about it. If i may give you a little bit of advice hun? if you dont trust it do not play because of a big bonus as that is a surefire way to get screwed over why not check casinomeisters accredited list and choose from there, my experience is that i did that and landed on 32 red casino where i play happy in the knowledge of a fair game and fast payout however there are others there to be tried..........just a thought

My post was January LAST YEAR, normally this would get you a telling off, but not so. Yet ANOTHER chance for us all to say:-

DON'T PLAY AT VIRTUAL CASINOS

They are rogue because they CHOOSE who to pay, and who to screw. It has NOTHING TO DO with how you play your bonus. They WILL pay players who deposit, even with bonuses galore, but who don't have a clue about "perfect strategy", and just keep on giving it back, and then some more.

If they see you know how to play the games, they will screw you when you win enough to beat them overall. They will arbitrarily decide at what point to do this, be it $1000 ahead, or $10000 ahead. They will often try tricks at first to get some of the winnings back, such as making offers for reversal, in the hope you lose it back, and never know you were in the frame for a good screwing. If this fails, it's delaying tactics, hoping to make you play it back through boredom. Next, if you hold your nerve, it's the documents run around, even accusations of breaching the terms.
This is the point that you either give up, letting them keep the money, or keep fighting on. A few players have been able to badger away enough to get payment, albeit on installment terms, and even here they pay whilst publicity is high, but often stop paying the installments when they think things have died out.

What keeps them going are players, mainly losing ones, who keep coming back, get paid, and give positive reviews. There is even talk of them offering to settle up if a player "shills" for them on a forum, as the publicity gets them more in deposits.

To sum up,

DON'T PLAY AT VIRTUAL CASINOS AND EXPECT FAIR TREATMENT

Even if YOU are getting paid, you are still an accessory to the "crime" of other players getting screwed by keeping them in business longer than is necessary.
