They obviously assume gamblers only play and need support between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Sounds like a company pretty much stuck in the 1980's with those type of opening hours. It's madness the busiest times for people playing on their website is in the evenings and at weekends yet they are closed. lol

No wonder they are desperate for customers offering 400% bonus offers, maybe they need to go back to basics and starting at the 0% customer support from 5pm.

Just called them she claiming it was for the 6th of February only, but as i explained no where in the T&C does it state it expires in 24hrs or infact expires any date which surely is a standard.

I will simply contact my bank to get it refunded, it might only be a small amount but I will not let any company balantly try to not honour a click bait offer.
