Montana Overseas and Final Findings

I have filed a dispute with Montana Overseas over a casino not paying out my winnings. I filed my dispute on 7/19/06. On 7/21/06, Montana came to their initial findings (supressed from me). On 8/3/06, Montana came to their final findings (supressed from me). According to their post, the final findings were sent to the operator. It is the operator's last opportunity to respond against their ruling or to resolve the problem internally.

It is no 8/17/06 and I have not heard anything back from the casino or Montana about resolving this issue. How long does the casino have to respond to these final findings? When should I expect to hear something back from Montana?

Any suggestions and help is greatly appreciated!

I've had two disuptes through montana. In one case I received the money two weeks after final findings were issued. The other one took 5 months.

Did you just sit back and wait quietly or did you have communication with Montana during this two week and five month period?
