So I got a snail mail with a CD for the new casino Monarch's Casino. From the wonderful blundering people at Atlantis Gold and Treasure Island casino.
All I gotta say is, are these guys serious? 75 times playthru on there no deposit comp (I got $100 thru the mail) and 75 times playthru on there match bonus?
75 times on a deposit bonus? Really? and on Top Game, the platform with statistically low paying slots anyways?
It'd take a miracle on both ends to clear that wagering requirement. Personally if I had to deposit my own money, even with them getting 2 and a half times more in free cash. The most I'd be willing to stake with my own cash is 40 times bonus plus deposit. 75 times, is basically a sucker bet saying were betting your going to loose you first deposit. Mainly because of the ridiculously high wagering requirement.
Plus I have yet to see a Top Game slot pay above 50 times my total bet for any given round.
All I gotta say is yuck, and stay away. I think Wendy at Atlantis Gold and Treasure Island fucked up another casino again. They really need to figure out there promotions better than this.
Oh and to end my rant, if by some miracle I do end up winning on the free money. I'm only allowed to cash out a measly $150 for my time and effort to clear that hell of a playthru. Ug, once again what a horrible setup. Needless to say the CD and stuff ended up in my trash can.

My god - that is one of the WORST websites I've ever seen! :eek2:

The "Banking" page only tells players how to deposit - not one single word about withdrawing.
The "Promotions" page gives NO T&C's for the bonuses and NO link to the T&Cs.
The "FAQ's" page ONLY tells player how to claim their bonuses and what to do if they have trouble depositing.
The "Terms and Conditions" links at the bottom of the above pages actually just link back to the same page!
The "Terms and Conditions" link at the bottom of the home page DOES go to the T&C's, but a light colour and hard to read font, and in a window with no "X" and no obvious way of going back to the home page (apart from using your browsers "back" button).

Here's a couple of their tasty terms:
Wagering Requirement of Sign-on Bonus - minimum of x75 times of the bonus + deposit amount...
The casino requires an amount greater than the sum of the bonus + deposit should the player wish to make a withdrawal equivalent to or more that the player’s amount deposited. As an example, a player deposits $200 for him to receive $400 bonus. With that, the player needs to wager $45,000 on applicable games. This means if the player has met the wagering requirement of his $200 deposit, and he plans to withdraw $200, then player must have a balance of more than $400.
Great example that - that is a 200% bonus - but they don't offer 200% bonuses...
But that term also means the player would have to wager $45,000 on SLOTS and get a return of MORE than 100% before they would be allowed to cash-out. :eek2:

There are service fees that range between $0 to 450 for every withdrawal transaction. This depends on (i) the payment method selected (ii) the withdrawal amount.
At least they put it in the T&Cs :p

Sorry to say this, but anyone stupid enough to deposit at a place like this deserves what they get.

Also from what ive read there have been some issues with player payouts in atlantis and treasureislandjackpots.

connection?

Is there some connection between Monarch, TopGame, and Atlantis Gold and Treasure Island casinos? Or am I missing something here.

Also, I generally ignore all TopGame casinos as I also believe every one of them (except for maybe the Sloto related casinos --Box24, Spartan Slots, et al) has not only a 10x max withdrawal on bonuses but also a $500 per month limit until you are playing there for one year.

Please tell me there are good TopGames as I find the software quite fun.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Only the ones you are mentioned seem trustworthy.

Then there is rialtocasino, but i can't recommend anything else then the group you mentioned.

I think all the other sites are either run by romecasino (network) or winward casino (network).

Many sites on the winward group try to appear as standalone sites like crystalspin or locojungle, and even by asking chat support they say that they are standalone sites, but their terms and conditions mention wording network, and the maximum weekly withdrawal limits are exactly the same, and so are most part of the terms. I wonder why they are hiding what sites they own ;( Unless these are some kind of whitelabels.

Ugh. Definitely one to steer very, very clear of. They couldn't even be bothered to finish their website, as KK points out.

It's even worse if you - as I did - click the South African flag. Then literally none of the links goes anywhere and you can't get back to the non /sa/ version. If there were prizes given out for hopeless incompetence Monarch Casino would definitely win gold.

I got one in the mail today. I can always tell its a casino cd from the plain white envelope.

I opened it to see which casino it was and tossed it trash bin at the post office where I pick up my mail.

I actually got an email from gambling city (Graeme Levin) about this casino tonight. His casinos are usually ok but I'd like him to confirm this one. It's my recollection that Top Game has 10x max cashouts on all deposits less than $250 and only pays $500 per month to new players. Can anyone confirm this? I used to like TopGame before they went completely rogue (except for the three related to sloto I believe).

Hope I don't come across as an arse - but why don't you check it yourself?

This time I've done it for you. From their T&Cs:

SECTION 10 : MAXIMUM WITHDRAWAL:
If a player has won using a non-deposit bonus for the first time, he/she is allowed to withdraw a maximum $150. If not, all subsequent winnings using a non-deposit bonus are non-withdrawable.

If a player got his winnings using a deposit-related bonus, he/she is allowed to a maximum of $50,000 subject to payment procedures as outlined in Section 9 of this terms and conditions.

If a player won using monies that he/she won from a tournament (and every other that are considered non-deposit bonuses), the player is only allowed to withdraw up to a maximum of $150.

The moment a player has reached the maximum withdrawal for a given promotion, the player can no longer request withdrawal from the same promotion, at the same time the casino will deny any withdrawal request for the same promotion.
and...

From Section 9:
$100 is the minimum amount to withdraw.

There are service fees that range between $0 to 450 for every withdrawal transaction. This depends on (i) the payment method selected (ii) the withdrawal amount. Service fees include, but not limited to, transaction fees, foreign exchange differences, wire acceptance fees, wire remittance fees, etc. These fees will be shouldered by the player.

Withdrawal amounts $2000 and under will be paid to the player in lump sum. Any withdrawal amount more than $2,000 will be paid to the player in maximum increments of $2,000 based on whatever agreement there is between the player and the casino.
Be reminded that should there be any remaining unpaid balances, such balance may be requested anytime for reversal.
Note: I added the bolding and split the last paragraph into sentences - but I didn't change any wording.
There is no mention anywhere in their T&Cs about the 10x deposit rule.

Note 2: I STRONGLY recommend that no-one plays at this very dodgy looking casino. If you want to play Top Game, the safest bet is the casinos in the Sloto'Cash group.

fair question

Hope I don't come across as an arse - but why don't you check it yourself?

Fair question. I had checked but did not find it, but sometimes these terms are so hidden that they can be missed. I've been burned before (long before, not in two years, at least, I learned my lesson) by Top Game casinos, but when I saw it promoted by Gambling City, I thought I'd take a look.
