Missing withdrawal 32red

Hi all... hope you are well... I am querying if anyone else is having problems with a withdrawal specifically from the 8th July??? I have transcripts of conversations categorically stating I have won congratulations...but there is a problem with mastercard and have not received any winnings and next to no correspondence

Hi folks,
I am waiting on a withdrawal which was processed on the 8/7/24. Its for a decent amount in my book but not a lot in the big grand scheme of things.
I have been told from the 11th July there is a problem with mastercard and their payments team are working ro resolve this.
I am wondering if anyone else is having a similar experience and what I could do next.
I have transcripts from each day I have asked I have made calls and jeep getting the same answer with no clue as to when or what the resolution is.
Any information would be very much appreciated

I thought they were very popular, or at least were until recently maybe?

Then again, I cannot stand Keith Lemon so maybe that's why

they ban many players they part of Unibet, Unibe last year they close my account, not sure why they did

They have closed My account but am aware of why... safer gambling but cos I laid it on thick expressing my need for the money... I am still conversing and being promised the payout. I just keep getting told there was a problem with mastercard and their payments team are working hard to sort it they will notify me of the change.
I have had 2 emails one to confirm the payment was processed on the 8th and one acknowledging that they had reviewed my complaint.
