Missing bonus round on Conan

I feel I should make you all aware of a situation that occurred over the weekend and also wondered whether anyone else has experienced such a situation with the online slot called “ Conan”.( netent).

I would rather not name the site as they are a reputable site with whom i did have a long-standing history with no prior adverse events. I am satisfied it is a glitch rather than anything more sinister.

I play higer stakes and on my first spin on Conan at £100 a spin I hit the bonus with 4 scatters and the bonus round paid £4,870. However , I immediately noticed that the win had not been credited to my balance but thought perhaps there was a slight lag so immediately moved to the next slot alphabetically called Contact. I then moved back to Conan to see if my balance had updated but no it hadn’t. I then checked the history and there was no sign of the spin at all.

i have been in contact with the casino over the weekend and they cannot find the spin at all and refuse to help further. I wish now I had videod or screen shot it but I didn’t so have no evidence.

Perhaps it’s something you might want to consider in case it happens to you.

i have now closed my account there as I do not wish to risk this happening again, perhaps for an even larger amount!

Sounds a bit odd? - Are you sure you weren't playing in 'Fun' by any chance. I take it that you are probably a seasoned player and would have checked that to be the case already...

Yes, this has never happened to me before in all the years I’ve been playing. I play alphabetically so had had already played perhaps 100 or so machines and This was just the next on the list. I changed stake to £100 and span it, definitely not in free or test mode. I also span it a bit later on for 20p ( for a test} and that did register in the history so extremely weird. I think it’s quite a new netent slot so was wondering if it has a glitch.

Yes I tried logging back in the next day but no sign of funds or the spin on history. They claim to have contacted the provider although I’m not convinced on that one, especially as it was over the weekend. It’s a MT secured trade business.
