In order to have done this, they must have your bank details from somewhere. This is still rather odd though, as this could actually HELP money laundering activities, since the main aim of money launderers is to get the money out by a means other than that used to deposit.
I get the feeling casinos are making it up as they go along, as a different casino will do just the opposite, and again claim it is to "prevent money laundering activities". They can't BOTH be right:confused:
MiniVegas would be vulnerable here if either the Neteller account or Bank account were "stolen". Further, funds from stolen credit cards would go back to either. Putting the funds into a bank account is more "money launderer friendly" than shoving it back to a Neteller account, where it still has to be moved to a bank account before it becomes "fully laundered".
Naturally, this gives the impression these policies have little to do with the fight against Money Laundering, but more to do with the casinos own profit margin and/or risk assessment.
I have seen other policies from other casinos, most will pay everything back to a method previously used to deposit. Others will split between sending deposits back to where they came and winnings to the preferred method. I have now seen some that will process EVERYTHING back to a method they deem to be the primary deposit method, even though this means deposits as well as winnings being transferred from one method, such as neteller or card, to another credit or debit card.
This opens the possibility of registering a new "stolen" card, while having a huge amount of deposits from your "real" card. Everything deposited from the stolen card will, at first, end up on the genuine card, and easily so before the casino find out the "new" card was stolen and lock the account.

The Minivegas group can be reluctant to payout by Neteller. Some players have had to choose alternative withdrawal options, which may have a fee. This Minivegas Neteller withdrawal issue has been going on for months. There is some more information in the MiniVegas warning on my site .

Could you please kindly inform us why you dont always pay players to their neteller if they used neteller to deposit with?

When I lived in the UK, Minivegas used to pretty routinely refuse to pay me by any other method than check or bank withdrawal. Then they'd tell me they had resolved it, and I could withdraw with Neteller. Then the second time I got the same email and this time they told me it was a "management decision" based on my playing style. So who knows what is going on in their finance department.

What a steaming pile of MiniBullsh1t! Neteller is designed SOLELY with the online gambler in mind. For such an unusual stance by the casino, it should be proactively informing players.
The reason often cited for requiring withdrawals (up to the amount deposited) to be returned to the deposit method is to prevent money laundering. Playing style has absolutely nothing to do with withdrawing back to Neteller, it has all to do with whether the casino does, or does not, send the player further promotions.
This qualifies as making it unnecessarily difficult to withdraw, and now that the rep has backed up this stance, they should be removed from the accredited list until they return to providing the expected standard of service to players, a standard that nearly all other casinos have no problem with (withdrawing to Neteller if that was the method of deposit).

This is NOT the first time we have had such Bullsh1te from this group, there was an issue a while back where players had winnings confiscated for "illegitimate play", this INCLUDED players who did not even take a bonus, and broke none of the terms such as using false details, another person's funding method, and quite obviously they didn't "abuse the bonus". In the end, they had to reverse many of these confiscations where they could not demonstrate player fraud, and I am sure complaints to eCogra (and casinomeister) played a part it it. It may, therefore, be worth complaining to eCogra about them refusing to pay out by Neteller when Neteller has been used to deposit with, hopefully eCogra will sort this out - even if just to explain what the hell is going on.
Maybe it is the CASINO that is the problem, this happened with many Playtech casinos suddenly being difficult about paying by Neteller, and it turned out it was NETELLER that instigated the "ban" because the casino's processor (the merchant) did not meet Neteller's standards as it could not provide the necessary verification information to Neteller's satisfaction.
I did not expect MG casinos to catch this "Playtech Plague"
