It's already 3.4Million and nobody has came close to winning it yet.

Why? Well... very simple. WHO in the right mind would ever play $90 a pop on a video slot? On top of that, who else would actually not stop if they hit a few times on the wheel (eg. 6, 8, 14, 20)?

I doubt that the jackpot will ever be won. It'll just keep going on and on and on and on. It's one of those things where if you don't have a bankroll of at least $10,000, you don't even try to imagine 3Million.

Come on, who in this forum has ever tried (even once) playing Millionaire's Club Slot for $90 a spin? I'd seriously love to know it.

Please do tell us about your experience.

What on earth gave you the idea that it's $90/spin?
You can play & win it for only 90c/spin!

Best thing though is play in UK - Jackpot approx $6,000,000!

If the jackpot doesn't get won soon you might suspect it's not unrelated to the fact it's such a huge money earner for the casinos in question to have players wagering on a progressive slot instead of other games. In the words of a Casinomeister moderator (or at least the site in his signature):
Now you can directly reach the source of your most valuable traffic - progressive jackpot players. These are the people that visit online casinos to play progressive jackpots games for entertainment as well as the hope of hitting the big payout - a dream come true for the player, and for you, the online casino operator.

If it were some other casinos, I would suspect (please, don't lynch me! ), that the winner will be someone from casino itself (undercover, of course)...

In actual fact, not wishing to come across as pedantic V, the progressive slots are not usually nearly as profitable as the other slots because each casino has to give up a fairly hefty percentage as a contribution to the progressive pool under the software vendor's licensing terms. I'm not sure about Crypto, but I think with MG it's in excess of 20%. Any extra profit would be as a result of the sheer quantity of players going for it.

The best way to play this slot is at $0.90c and never take the money on the wheel as when you bust out you get a reasonable reward in any case  He who dares Rodney...

I came close - well closish - the other day. Got to the 3rd wheel and ended up two panels away from the biggie :(

Of course they have to contribute something to the jackpot, but surely progressives are set up to be more profitable than other slots with that taken into account? I'd be curious to know - you might shake my world view, not to mention Spearmaster having to change his website to avoid misleading innocent casino operators :D

I also believe the progressives has lower payout% than normal slots. Remember that you have to use the average payout% for the progressive (ie. use average Jackpot).

When the progressive is high it could be that the theoretical payout is 97% AT THAT TIME, but you also have to take into account that it probably was at 92% right after reseting.

I have also heard that (C)-theme slots (in B&M casinos) have lower payout due to royalties. This is probably also so the case for online slots.
People will play progressives just because of the jackpot and Hollywood is very greedy with royalties, so both makes sense and I believe in them.

Anyone knows if there are any theme based progressives? They should have the lowest payout% then :)

Don't play at $90 a spin!!!!!

Set the line bet to 10c and its only $0.90 a spin. Then you're not tempted to cash in on the bonus round as well as the amount you've won is not too much

You can't really come "close" or "closish" in slots. Just because you were two panels away means nothing in the world of RNG - the wheels and displays are pretty much for slow, and are - if anything - an inducement for the player to keep playing.. ("Ooooh...look how close I came to hitting the jackpot...I need to keep playing!!")
