I hope this is the rightish place for this post but here goes. (move if required)

Since a few days ago my 32red is broken, when I open the software its prompts me to register, or course I already have my account so I click the "back to casino" or "continue" button and the registration page just instantly reopens on its own, there is no way to access my account. all other MGs are working fine its only affecting 32red.

Ive tried reinstalling and deleting all files several times , it just comes back with this stupid registration page every time.
I dont suppose anyone has seen this or would know how to fix it?
Thanks.

On the registration page, there should be "I already have an account". Click on this, rather than the big "back to casino" button.

The cause is the loss of data in the registry, meaning the software no longer recognises you as an existing player. Reinstalling will NOT cure this.

If this fails, there is a last resort solution, but this involves manual repair of the 32Red registry data.
I have had the same problem before, and once DID have to resort to repairing the registry key, since "I already have an account" wasn't being offered.

I recently reinstalled all my MGS casinos, and had to deal with this every time since I had cleared out all the registry data. I dealt with 32Red as described above, and did not have to edit the registry.

If you don't know what the Windows registry is, the above had better work.

This is an error generated by the latest MG update if im not mistaken. I have Dash, Golden Lounge, Nedplay and 32Red installed on my Windows 7 OS. Yesterday when i accessed the software, it was clear that there was an update.

I was directed to the Registration Page on ALL download versions. I merely clicked back and it had my details in the Log in box.

In any event, VWM is quite correct in his post above. It is a registry fix.

I have just had this update on a few casinos, but have not encountered this problem (well, not yet:) ).

I'm pretty certain it was related to the recent update, just every time I click back to the casino its just instantly reopening the registration page, the software doesnt even give me a chance to do anything else.

I do know how to edit the registry is it just a matter of searching for "32red" and deleting all of the related keys?

*edit* this is what im presented with, clicking continue, back to casino or the x and it just instantly reopens.

Click the little "continue" button to the left of the registration page, rather than the "back to casino" BIG button below.

The error is that it presents you with that page, even though it detects you have an existing account. Something is confusing the software.

Once you click "continue", it should correct the registry data itself.

Maybe the reason I have not had this is because I have already done a full clean install a couple of weeks ago, and this got rid of whatever causes this confusion with this update.

I have noticed that as more and more updates are made to an install, it begins to get confused, and can come up with some REALLY odd errors that make this one look mundane.

I have also noticed that the registry data changes format as the software evolves, and obsolete data is often NOT removed during an update. A piece of obsolete data may be what is causing this problem, with the account number being present in the registry, but at the same time another data value is telling the software that you are NOT an existing player, so loads up the registration page. The registration page then reads your account number from the registry, and displays "you already have an account".

The software also has an error in that there are TWO ways to exit this screen, but only ONE will actually work. In the past, it didn't matter that you clicked "back to casino" instead of "continue" if there was an account number stored in the registry. This no longer seems the case after this update.

No matter what I click it just instantly reopens this page.

Have you let it go through the process. I let one of them go through the registration process (I had actually been busy with something else) and it returned that I already had an account and should contact support.

Not an option, the software knows I already have an account.

Tried uninstalling 32red, deleted all the 32red related registery keys I could find, restarted, reinstalled, and the same problem persists.

This is what I have found works... sometimes...

Search through the Windows registry and attempt to find your account number with 32Red. Delete the account number, but leave the quotes.

I remember this working when I had a problem with Platinum play a while back and this fixed the problem. It should no longer recognise you have an account with them and should then let you enter in your account number and password when you click "I already have an account."

Hope this helps.

the username key seems to be missing under 32red. I copied the one from gowild and edited my account number into it > same result.

*edit* OK I fixed it, installed 32red on my older computer, exported all of /Thumper/Casino/32red/ to a .reg file applied it to this comps registry and now it works again.

I have just had the same error. Clicking the "continue" worked for me, and the next time I launched the casino it worked normally.

It seems it IS this update that screwed things up, since after my recent complete overhaul I no longer have any out of date legacy data/files etc relating to MGS.

I will have to see if other MGS casinos suffer the same fate when they get this update.

Same problem here at 32RED :(

EDIT: Fixed after the first time ! The normal login screen just pops up now.
