MG casinos that have ALL-ACES and an auto-hold feature

I've noticed that the MG casino game ALL-ACES (99.92% rtp) doesn't have an auto-hold feature at many casinos, despite the fact that many of the other vp games such as JACKS-OR-BETTER do have this.

GoWild casino, Wildjackpots and Slotsjoints casino are the only three MG casinos that offer this game with an auto-hold feature that I'm aware of......Are there any other casinos out there that offer the auto-hold as well?

Nevermind, I think they all do.......They just don't offer it on their 10-play or 50-play versions of the game...

It only holds winning combinations, it does NOT hold based on strategy, which is what most of the other VP games do. The strategy is quite complex, and with such a slim house edge, casinos rely on players not quite playing the best strategy, hence no strategy based autohold.

Which casinos does the auto-hold only keep winning combinations?

I know for a fact that it DOES hold based on strategy at Slotjoints. I haven't confirmed this for other MG casinos, however I suspect they would all use the same strategy calculator.

As an example, when I had a full-house of 2s full with Kings, the auto hold only held the three 2's.

That's interesting, because when I have played it I don't see it hold single Aces, Kings etc, which it would do for a strategy based autohold.

Maybe it's something that crept in when Microgaming removed the autoplay from all the VP games and kept only the strategy based autohold. All Aces never had the autoplay, neither did Classic or single deck Blackjack.

I have my doubts about the strategy though, because when I play the double double bonus poker it will hold a King Jack and Three of a suit which can only ever result in a flush, but it won't hold 3 to a flush for, say, nine, six, and three. I would have thought holding just the King and Jack in the former would be better, chance of a Royal, and also a single pair.

When was the last time you played?

I just checked out the ALL-ACES game at 32Red (demo version), and the auto-hold feature appears to use optimal strategy. Of course, I haven't played it long enough to confirm difficult choices, but it certainly holds single Ks, Js etc...

I never noticed an auto-play for vp....However I don't really play their other vp games so....

I haven't played double double bonus poker, but checking the vp calculator at the WizardofOdds site for DDB vp, holding 3 to a flush is rarely optimal for all but 8 specific draw combinations. Your correct that holding the King and Jack (same suit) would be better much better.

Quite some while ago, and not since MG made the change that removed all the autoplay and left behind only the autohold.

It's interesting that it now has full strategy based autohold because even though there is no autoplay, a simple autoclicker in the right spot would suffice given a strategy based autohold. Trouble is, you can get booted from casinos simply for playing this game too much, even WITHOUT a bonus!
