I did some calculations based on the Average Win and Average Time, and Number of Wins recorded, from one jackpot tracking site, for the local medium sized jackpots, Mega Fortune Major and Hall of Gods Midi jackpots, for Paf and Betsson. Based on the average size of the win, and average time between the wins, Mega Fortune is played about as much on Paf as it is on Betsson, the difference in money spend on Mega Fortune between Paf and Betsson players is less than 1%. For Hall of Gods, the Paf players spend almost twice as much as Betsson players.

Now the Hall of Gods numbers are pretty heavily biased in Paf's favor, because Paf got the HoG later, and the tracking history is only 1 year 1 month for Paf, so they actually joined when the game had already gotten more popular and the jackpots were growing faster, whereas the tracking history for Hog at Betsson is almost 3 years. Also that tracking site started to track Paf's Mega Fortune Major statistics about 1 year later than Betsson's, the statistics were for 2 years for Paf and for 3 years for Betsson's Mega Fortune major, so that also biased those numbers somewhat in Paf's favor.

However the Hall of Gods has been available at the Paf during the last 4 HoG jackpot hits, but Paf hasn't gotten any of them. Betsson has gotten 3 of 4 previous HoG jackpots. So I would say that both Mega Fortune and Hall of Gods jackpots are going where you would expect them to go, at the most popular casinos. I would say that relative to the money spent by players, Paf has gotten more Mega Fortune Mega jackpots recently, and Betsson has gotten more Hall of Gods Mega jackpots. Most likely this is just random variance.
