I joined Mega Riches back in August. Made 10 deposits and 9 withdrawals.

Then in September when I tried to make a deposit, I got the message..
"You are currently being prevented from making any further deposits. Please contact our Support Team at support@megariches.com for more information."

I contacted support and got the reply...
"I would like to inform you that this is due to there being an issue with regarding the documents slot on the account."

After several more emails and sending a screenshot of the deposit page. I got this reply at the end of September...
"Thanks for sending this to us. I am sorry to hear. There is still an small ongoing issue on your documents page and the team are unable to press the verify button for you. Our developers have been informed and will fix this as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconveniences... For now, we can only ask for further patience."

It's now November and I still can't deposit.

That could well be the underlying issue.

Interesting to note that if you Time Out on any of the VS brands, it automatically locks you out from all of it, not just that individual one.

Found that out accidentally by timing out on Mega Riches for a few weeks, and then finding I couldn't log in to Mr Vegas or VS.

Saved me a few quid anyway!
