Just a few words on my today experience.

Perhaps you have not lost enough. If you have a withdrawal, you won't see a manager's bonus again until you've lost back that amount. Also, I know players that play without bonuses received larger manager's bonuses, as the bonuses you have used are taken into consideration when calculating your manager's bonuses.

I was wondering the exact same thing, but on the other side of things, no player can even get withdrawals approved without sending in their verification documents and are historically declined if requested before they have been sent in and approved and have to be redone. Not saying anything bad, just very curious about this.

to be clear, the approval of docs and my withdrawal request were around "simultaneus", just a question of seconds.

About the 150 usd manager bonus, I've losse around 1000 in September. This is the reason why I think.

Cheating maybe, but Casino Action had introduced a facility where VIP players could log on to a separate portal and process their own withdrawals straight after requesting it in the MGS cashier. It would then be processed instantly to Neteller, and would show straight away. If things were going smoothly over the internet, it was so fast that by the time I logged out of the self processing portal and into my Neteller account, it was there already.

This feature was unique to Casino Action, and died along with the group when it went under once new and incompetent owners took over. They are quick with payments and even process during weekends no doubt about that. Howewver, if you post something negative about them on facebook they will clamp down on you like a ton of bricks.
