Maths Question

Hi my maths suck please forgive but if you play a 20 line slot at 0.05 cents per line ($1.00) per spin and a winning line comes in
with a value of 1000 as they show on the pay table. What should the pay out be on that ?

OK thanks for that simple On the rtg slot Rain dance the Chief symbol doubles any pay. Say you get 2 chiefs you then get a respin and on that respin you get a winning line should the payout still be doubled ? e.g first spine 2 chiefs come in reel 1 and 5 and pay what ever. Then they hold / respin and you match up 5 symbols giving 5OK and so should that pay line then be doubled again or not ? the rules seem confusing on this.

You do not get the line win on the respin, only the scatter pay.

Not very confusing (I've seen much worse!).
The word "Only" in brackets indicates that only the scatters pay on a re-spin - just as me_and_ed said.
So it wasn't really a Maths question, but a "please explain the rules" question...

Only the scatters pay on respins. I realized that after the first time I got a respin.

If you get 5 scatters you get a respin and all the reels land back on your 5 scatters. That's a good deal.

Its not a good deal though if you get a 5 scatter retrigger on a 3 scatter bonus, its good in the sense that you get the scatter pay but does not increase your spins to 100, this has happened to me, I have hit 5 scatters twice, once for 100 spins and the latter for what I just explained.
