The same thing happened to me, they were sending me promo mails and I wasn't able to log in, so I finally just wrote them and told them to close the account and take me off the mailing list. FYI, it's a hassle uninstalling their casino too.

Mandarin Palace Casino - Not worth the effort

I had the same thing happen and I ended up calling them. The place looked so enticing. They had me fax the invitation they had sent for the free 50 bucks, before they would let me in. If you DO NOT have an invitation, they will not let you in. With all the hoopla I figured it was a pretty good place. NOT! There are very limited slots that are extremely stingy with your bonuses. It's like they haven't looked around to see what all the other casinos are doing and they are on base 1. They were very prompt and nice in responding, but they better step up their game big time or they will be lost in the dust. The graphics were pretty but so what!

I got an invite but haven't been able to connect properly. Seems I can log in but then all I get is a white screen with their frame around the perimeter and music. Same with either CD or download or using internet explorer or Firefox

OK. Signed on with my office computer no problem. Started with my $50 free chip and played several slots. i must say i was pleasantly surprised. The slots were fun...different from my normal MG or RTG. Play thru for my free chip was 40x ($2000) and I really had no problem reaching it playing $1.25 to $3.00. I built up to $575 but enjoyed the games so much that I played down to $451.

Had a little problem cashing out and clicked on chat...instant response! They deducted the initial bonus from my account and my withdrawal went thru no problem. Faxed my ID and am waiting for a check (-$30 for correour) $370 net for a nice experience...I'll let you know when I get the check. My only complaint is no quicktender.

I still have some slots to play...and I haven't checked out the video poker...but the slots held my interest and paid very well. I definitely will be back.

CD

I finally got the invite. I don't know if I was already on the list, or because I asked them to mail one? Anyway, My 50.00 is almost gone. I'm ok with that because I played a few hours on it. I like the slots, not the best, certainly no the worst. I know someone who played and cashed out on their freebie, got the check in about a week or so. I will deposit, nice break from the norms.

Ok... did I miss another thread on this?

**nevermind!! found the other thread

*note to self: search option works better when you spell correctly

Therese a new slot which is quite crisp looking called legends of Greece. The slots are pretty nicely done, I love the art work that has gone into them I do wish the download was a little smaller though but does provide some good entertainment.

This site has the same software provider from another thread on CM, Treasure Mile. I think it's Betsoft software but when asking both of these casino's their reply is Bet On Soft software. Is it the same, not sure. The post from p11b20 seems kind of rouge so be careful. Who knows maybe their ok and I'm not bashing these casino's but I'll tell you when looking at the layout it's not a place I'd deposit. JMO:) You can lead a horse to water but ya can't make him drink it! :D

Wow!! Way to go!! ...and good luck with the payment. I don't know too much about them, but hopefully you'll receive it and that they can flush it until it's authorized for you.

Try not to go and bet high on the higher jackpot slots...like I did when I won my RJ ;)

I see no reasons (yet) for cynicism on either MP or TM. I also see nothing "rougish" about a newbie wanting someplace to crow over a big win.

That being said, TODAY is the 1st qualifying day of the "3-5 business days" until my own wire transfer should hit my account. I preempted CS and called them and they said they "see nothing wrong" and if I don't have it by tomorrow, please feel free to call.

Now, I have deposited 4 times since, and have been unable to cash out at Treasure Mile. Not saying anything negative. I will deposit again when the wire transfer hits.

It is difficult for me personally to believe a casino who sends invitations selectively is a scam. My understanding is this operation is already a "known" name with another software and is targeting US players. Some afilliate posted an open bonus code, but 75% of those who attempted reported back their account "was under review". Wouldnt a scam outfit take all comers?

It is entirely feasible they have your name and details because you currently or in the past, played their other brand.

Just my thoughts. But I will change my tune tomorrow if my own winnings aren't here.

Up to now my dealings with several people have been plesant, professional, and nothing indicates scam to me.

Now I'm a little bit confused... wasn't it Mandarin Palace who were taking only USA players?

It's just that today I received a CD in the post from them (posted from California) inviting me to sign-up & take a $50 free-chip plus some welcome bonuses...

Has anyone else OUTSIDE the USA played there?

KK

I received the CD also in the post the other day. I had read this thread and thought Aussie players were a no no so i went to live chat and was told they take us now.
Played the $50 free, lasted a few hours but mainly because the spins took so long to go on my PC.
Not sure about actually depositing there as they only take cc and only have check or wire as withdrawal option, but in the cashier i noticed a whole heap of deposit options including Neteller but they were just not lit up...maybe they will have them soon i dont know.
