I noticed they are on the accredited list but i never hear anything about them, whether it be good or bad. Doe alot of people still play there or are they just so good that there's never much to talk about?

Just wondering because i opened an account at one of their casinos
a long time ago but have never deposited, and am looking for a different rtg
to try and see if luck changes.

Thanks!

I know that it takes almost a week to process withdrawals from them. But I have not played there in a long time. I closed my accounts with them because of the withdrawal time.

Hope this helps.

IMO if they take a week to process a withdrawal, they are in breach of the "must pay in a timely manner" requirement for accreditation.

Casinos that will not process in 48 hrs or less should not be placed in the same category as 32red and inetbet who actually care about their customers.

Gave up playing there after they changed wagering on their bonuses to 100x when you're playing Real Series Slots and don't reside in USA or Canada. Kinda useless for Europeans.

I quit long ago BEFORE this rule came in. They only offer modest percentages, not the high percentage offers that other RTG casinos send out, they take over a week to pay, and NOW they have decided that only US and Canadian players can play the slots under "normal rules".

The rule also defies common sense, as it is the slots player that is likely to be the true recreational player, whereas the "bonus abuser" will look for loopholes in the rules that might allow a non-slot game to count highly towards WR, yet which can be played in a manner that reduces the degree of risk to the extent that the bonus becomes +EV.

This gives us a stupid situation where slots wagering carries a LOWER weighting than some of the non-slot games when it comes to meeting WR.

Now that the latest seizure has pretty much frozen out the US players, and Mainstreet have made it clear that they don't want the rest of us playing their slots with a bonus - how are they going to bring in players to replace the revenue lost from the US. I doubt Canadian players alone can make up the shortfall.

Non-US players can play almost everywhere, and are hardly likely to choose a casino where the WR is 100x, and payment takes up to 14 days.

I am a big fan of them, except what has been mentioned here regarding the withdrawal times, a week to 2 weeks is stupid.

As for bonuses, NEVER take any bonuses from rtg casino's, just not worth it with the requirements and max cashouts and whatever other BS.

But I am from Canada, I know they had a office here as I got a check for a withdrawal once I first started playing there years ago, if it is still here or not I don't know but I have won the most from vegas casino online out of all rtg casino's.

My issue with this group is the length of time for a withdrawal. I use instadebit and it takes them over 2 weeks for them to clear the funds. Then the last time i played, i had computer issues. I logged in about a week later to find i still had funds in my account.
Now i never take a bonus yet i still checked and in the cashier showed it was still just my deposit funds i was playing on. I got my funds up to over 500 and asked for a withdrawal, to find out they added in 27 dollars as a bonus and it showed in the account info. With that i had something like 2k left for wagering. I played off my funds and have not been back since.

Just better to go to casino rama hey;)

I quit playing there because of the crazy withdrawl times. I honestly think it's nuts to have to wait 48 hours (especially considering they take MY money right away!), but 2 weeks is just not acceptable. How they are still in buisness I'll never know.

I agree that is as insane as it is bizarre!
After finding those strange terms (on top of already being unhappy about their slow cash-outs), I took them off my website on April 16th. I then e-mailed the rep telling him why I had done that, and his response was... No reply.
They may well be reputable, I'm not disputing that, but otherwise they are just a waste of web-space. :(

It's a shame really. They are a very good group and have been in business for years. The operator is a pretty upstanding guy, and their casinos don't generate that many complaints.

I agree, two weeks is really unacceptable. I would have hoped they'd be able to get payments out quicker than this. Back in the day, they had immediate payouts, but I guess it's a bit different now.

It really can't be that difficult though can it? Sort out the payment situation and they'd be golden...
2 weeks is completely unnecessary. Surely they should be aware that if they paid out quicker, they'd see a big influx of clientele. Or are they after something other than money?
