I got an promo mail from Luxury Casino yesterday that said that i will get an 100% match on the next deposit up to 150.
This mail contained my Account number,so this was not an spam-mail from bonusman or places like that.

After my deposit and then chatting with live chat i was told that the promo was not available, and that was basically it

I have played on MG for 10 years and this is the first time this has happened on any MG casino.

PS: I did have an incredible hard time getting payed from Luxury Casino about one year ago,but their ex-use then whas that they where a new casino and that their banking section was not updated.

So still : Luxury Casino Proceed with a BIG CAUTION

I think that email went out to all players- I also received the email but on reading it (the mention of download and register and the second deposit bonus of 20%) it was obviously only for new registrations .

You may have received a different email but it sounds like the same one
While annoying it seems to be not uncommon with many microgaming casinos. (Lazy marketing dept- just send to everyone on the list)

Hope you had a win from your deposit

Cheers

His email had his ACCOUNT NUMBER in it, so MUST have come direct from the casino - or the casino have passed his account details to a marketing firm who have indiscriminately sent this to EVERYONE, even though not all recipients were eligible.

This is why there is a "proceed with caution" against them - it's a deceptive "casino trick" to get someone to deposit with a fake offer, and ONLY tell them it is not valid when it is too late.

Yes,this casino seems to have a tendency to deceive.
After 10 years of playing i do of-cause NEVER play a f..... dime before my bonus are credited so my initial deposit went straight do withdrawal ;)
