Please don't get scammed twice. Court cases can go on for years so 4 months is not a long time in litigation. Even if you win how are you going to enforce the judgment? The lawyer should have provided you with some initial advice including next steps. Has a demand been sent to the Casino yet seeking payment as that's normally the first step.

I hope you eventually get your winnings.

Yeah he has sent a demand letter and shown me everything that has been said , between him and the casinos lawyers which they haven't replied much other then we will have a response soon ,he is now contacting the game providers, and says hopefully will be sorted early this year it is costing a fair chunk of the win just hoping it happens

Curacao is pretty much untouchable when it comes to resolving casino complaints via any official channel. Even though there are some great casinos that are licensed there - unfortunately the lack of regulation there is a magnet for unscrupulous ethically challenged folks.

I am not saying that pertains to your issue since we don't know the full story. I am just pointing out that we don't know everything.

Luckystar.io is operated by Mirage Corporation N.V. bearing company registration number 132869, a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, having its registered address at Fransche Bloemweg 4, Willemstad, Curaçao, holder of the License No. 8048/JAZ2014-037, issued by Antillephone N.V. Payments are processed by Mirage Ent. Corporation (Cyprus) Limited, with its registered address at Menandrou, 4, Gala Tower, 2nd Floor, 1066, Nicosia, Cyprus, registration number 340968, as per agreement between the two companies.

That my folks is a bunch of blah blah blah.
