What has prevented a seamless change?

Surely their current licence allows them to take UK players, so why can't they coordinate by keeping this going right up until the day of the changeover?

If this is down to UKGC "red tape", it needs to be addressed as this is not supposed to happen, and must therefore be an unforeseen consequence of the way the system works in "real life", much like the recent fiasco surrounding 666Bet who found that in reality, they could NOT simply pay back players' balances straight away as expected by the UKGC.

LuckyDino will be migrating under their own licence and management, and will not be under the NRR umbrella as of 1st May. This means that since they were unable to apply for the UKGC licence on time, they will have to suspend their UKGC accounts. WE will however be communicating to each customer individually with a link to the FAQ page as well as a dedicated contact during this process.

Vinyl, the balances are secured by NRR. We're ensuring players are 100% correctly treated, so no worries there.

It's not so much the balances, but your business. By locking UK players out, even temporarily, you are giving an opportunity to the competition to lure these players away on a more permanent basis. The longer the lockout, the worse the situation gets with trying to get these players back playing with your site.

Many players want to play, and if they are locked out of Luckydino, they will search for other opportunities. If they stumble upon a better experience, not hard when it comes to being a new player somewhere, it may be hard to dislodge them until the new site begins to disappoint, and they realise that Luckydino is better at rewarding loyalty (I am assuming it is).

Communication is key, players must feel that at all times their balances and information are safe. Some might think "Oh crap, yet another migration......" as this is something UK players have become familiar with recently.

The 666bet episode is a case in point, as it now turns out that balances WERE safe all along, the problem being crossed wires between the UKGC and 666bet during a prolonged delay before a means was found to pay players their balances. This was another example of "red tape" creating a big problem where none should have existed.

They are migrating away from our infrastructure, so it is not our business any longer, nor to be quite honest it ever was. We simply offered a technological and regulatory infrastructure and offered a cushion for players, should anything ever go wrong by taking responsibility for the brand. This is not the case any longer and as of 1st of May we will hold no responsibility toward LuckyDino new player base.

Players are welcome to enjoy NRR services with our own established brands, however in respect of LuckyDino we will ensure players financials are protected (in response to your mention of Metro) and we will ensure that there is an arbitration period for any potential residual complaints , all of which will be communicated shortly to the players in question.

These are all very normal happenings in the industry as they do in any other industry quite frankly. As long as it is executed properly, which i this case it very much is, there is nothing to worry about.

Lucky Dino is a great casino and it is a good thing that they now are moving to their own license.

Their new license will allow them to add new games more frequently (which I have been missing), more payment alternatives etc.

Hopefully they will accept play from UK customers again soon.

Lucky Dino will be down for a few days (during the migration) but should be back up on Wednesday at latest.

I agree, I bet its not easy to running under some persons roof, Alow bet@ got them up and going but I no they run a different operation, Reason I no this as I am locked out of bet@ and slotty but was aloud in to dino, My guess is I was locked due to the comment I made on the page when they had the free spins going in the comp and I was the only mug to get spins on s*itburst, I no mug and no when I am getting frobrd off, Yes they was free spins but thats besides the poin,

Yes, I think a lot of exciting things will happen over at Dino later this year.

The same people behind Dino will in a few weeks also launch a brand new casino which I am very much looking forward to

I am so confused with all the platforms and stuff, I think I looked to deep in to things b4 and mashed my head up abit, Example is I was on a site the other day that provides soultions for casino's and its complete changed? The original sites they was bosted about has disapeard? & new ones on there, Alow the sites are good it just boggles my brain cells,

But dino is a good casino a a god few decent people behind it, Again it amazes me why it takes a good time to get a licence when there some shit casinos and bingo sites out there that get them instantly? I no there is not much regs behind it believe me and just some extra income to support the gov's pockets and cavour, But probs makes looks good also with a U.K licence which again is a rubbish country ruining by a bunch of idiots

Lucky Dino is back up and running, but not accepting players from the UK at the moment as they have no license.

Quick update on Lucky Dino...

* Licence is still being processed, final stages but expected to take a week or so

* UK players will have to re-register, but will be entitled to receive the welcome bonus again

* A secondary casino (under same licence) called 'Casino JeFe' will launch and will accept UK players

Quick update as I know a lot of UK players are keen to return to Lucky Dino

Their application is still in the queue with the UKGG. It has been there since early May, but the team at LD are ready to accept UK players as soon as the licence is awarded.
