Hello!

There is issue again with casino... this time my wife has problem

1. Luckybets offer 50 free spins on registration. Registration happened 21.2.2017 and she won 4,73€..
2. wagering for free spins is 50x winnings so in this case around 235€.
3. My wife wagered that amount and managed to end up with balance of 100,18€ and it turned to real money.
4. max cashout of freespins without deposit is 100e.
5. Today she made deposist of 10e since they require one deposit before cashout and received 10e bonus (100% welcome bonus)
6. She went to my account check how much wagering there is. BOOM 3856€ left to wager.

AND NO.. THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS DOESNT SAY YOU HAVE TO WAGER FREE SPINS WINNING AND AFTER YOU HAVE WAGERED THEM YOU HAVE TO WAGER THAT BALANCE AGAIN AFTER DEPOSIT.

Are they just scamming ?

Update... They sent this to management and still support answers emails telling me the same..
They removed 10e bonus and i still have 3506e left to Wager even i dont have anymore bonuses ...
