Lucky247 is no longer considered a Casinomeister Accredited Casino - they have been removed from the accred section mainly because they keep revising their bonus terms to include these sort of statements:

7.6 Limitations of withdrawals

For your own security you can only withdraw a maximum of 10,000 euro (or currency equivalent) during any 24 hours. All progressive wins are exempt from this clause.

Where a sign-up Bonus has been credited to you, and after meeting all wagering requirements, you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 6 times your first deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited. This clause will only be applied at the discretion of casino management. All progressive wins are exempt from this clause.

Some time ago, we had this same issue, and they amended the terms either removing or modifying the above. Well it's back, and they have been given notice that this is not cool, violates our standards, and they have been taken off of the site. It's a shame since they have been listed here since October 2013.

It's worth pointing out while on this subject that other sites (MG Vipers) have this 6xD w/d if SUB limit term too:
Crazy Vegas
Casino Splendido (6x Now removed as merged into 32red) BUT this shitter is still present:
15.Players who withdraw a sum of money that is 5 times or higher than their total deposits prior to the win will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of up to €/$/£ 4,000 per week. The remaining amount will be placed back in the player's account until such time that they are eligible for a further withdrawal.

Golden Riviera
Hippodrome
Lucky Nugget
Maple
River Nile
Roxy Palace (6x Now removed as merged into 32red) BUT this shitter is still present:

P.S. Crazy Vegas is in the Accredited Section - do they get the boot too? I just checked again:

4.6 Where a Sign-Up Bonus has been granted to you, subject to you being required to have met all wagering requirements, you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 6 times your deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited. All progressive wins are exempt from this clause. Casino Management may not exercise this clause in some instances.

I think what eventually triggered the boot was that the term is discretionary enforced not the term itself.

Yes, and it's also 'discretionary' in the one I quoted from Crazy Vegas "management MAY NOT exercise....."
Means exactly the same as the lucky247 term but worded differently. In both instances they are vague FU clauses.:(

I stopped playing at this casino some time ago. I got sick of having to continually chase up getting my winnings paid. Even though I was a VIP who regularly deposited sometimes I had to wait 2 weeks to receive my funds and this was after sending multiple emails to support.

At first they were great but their service and payout times seemed to slowly go down hill. Now I don't trust them at all.

For once I'm really happy that a casino are taken off the accredited list.

I've never trusted them, never signed up and never will!

Those may be really shitty terms, but they are not as discretionary as Lucky247. Still, they ought to change them.

Amen to that :notworthy

Me neither, took me month's, maybe longer to stop wife playing there who used to be a regular (long before my CM days)

The amount of BS they sent her way, almost every time she had a pending withdrawal. Longest been over 100 hours IIRC.

Wait, what??

Jesus, I don't know their accreditation timeline here on CM but it makes me wonder how they ever achieved that status to begin with.

I wouldn't be able to hold out 100 hours, that's borderline criminal

I was referring more to this one, which is in effect exactly the same as the lucky247 one:

Saturday morning to Thursday afternoon. They paid it then on Friday.

I forgot to have it flushed and they left it pending endlessly. Only after emailing the VIP host a few times it was finally removed from pending. 128hrs in total. :eek2:

I am sure they would just have left it there pending much longer, well that is the feeling i had at the time.

They were pretty good after i registered, flushing included and payment with the next batch. But that only lasted a few months.

After PM'ing last week with Lucky I finally got of the email/SMS spam list and that after more than 1 year of trying. Always surprised to see things working out the soon they are in the public.

Yes, I forgot about the manual flushing Harry,

Some (rare) visits to chat they would reply, 'Right that's done for you, will be processed later' but most there would be the BS excuses, May not be 100% accurate but sure she was told the same week that they did not do flushing!

She even achieved 'Low Roller VIP' at one point and had regular contact with Mo but things soon slid by the wayside.
