Quite frequently Lucky Red has a promo which states that they credit you with $50 for every 6 coupons claimed. It is stated in the terms that the coupons must be the same eg SLOTS65 or OTHERGAMES55. Given that it states $50 for every 6 coupons claimed one will come to the conclusion that you can claim 6 coupons and get 50 and another 50 when you claim another 6 coupons. They think not though. I actually saw that promo, I don't generally play bonuses although thought that looked like a good deal. Misleading because some people won't read the terms and conditions.

Chu, you are right to assume. Similar type of promo from another CW casino states nowhere in it's terms on the limitations: Here is a copy of a promo I receive from Aladdins Gold. So, one would expect the bonus is good for all three promo codes.

I agree Chu....it is suggesting that each time you play ANY 3 coupons listed you can claim the free chip.

IMO they should honor it this time, and put something in the emails from now on stating the free chip can only be claimed once, if that is what that want.

Contact the rep and see if they can sort it out.....if deposited and used the coupons under the impression you would get a free chip, theyt should do the right thing and give it to you.

In defense of LR, when you look at the promotions on the casino page, it states the promo period, e.i. this promotion runs from XXdate to XXdate.

But it doesn't say that during this promo period you can only redeem once.

I myself have always understood what the terms were. I will say that I HATE this type of promotion. If you deposit $100 x 3 do you really think I care about a free $25 chip with restrictions? Maybe if you deposit $5 x3 its a good deal. At the same time everytime I see this promotion at any US friendly casino, I always say no wonder why they have processor problems. The more high volume credit card transactions, the more potential problems. I figured they would focus on a larger deposit than a lot of deposits. (obv lots af cards are used because of US friendly)

Actually let me take the "do you think I care about a $25 free chip". The last 2 cashouts I have had were on $25 chips, these were just freebies and not from a promotion. But that promotion still doesnt motivate me.
