Has anyone had any dealings with this casino? I got a snailmail for a free $25 with them. I made the playthru and cashed out $400 leaving $200 in my account to play with. I was told I would have to forfeit the non redemable bonus of $25 which I did and I checked the t&C to see if their was a limit on to how much could be cashed out using the free $25.00 and couldn't find anything just that the initial $25 had to be forfeited. I then took the remaining $200 that I left in the acount and turned that into a 1500 and a 1200 cashout for a total of 3100.00. I got an email stating to send in all the documentation for cashout, which I did. 48 hrs plus went by so I emailed the casino to see why my cashout was still in the reversal stage only to be told that the 1500 and 1200 had been forfeited by their finance dept as you can only cash out once from a free money bonus. I went back and searched thru their T&C and I still can't find where it says that.

There is no such thing as a "Free Chip"

I got the same junk in my mailbox this week. File 13!

I'm going to copy to you guys a PM I sent someone a little while ago. Sorry if it seems kind of oddly worded but this is going to be my cut and paste answer to whom possibly has some interest in Lotus Asia Casino.

Start copied and pasted answer
The only thing I found that might have been connected was a news release by Grand Prive stating that a new casino was being started. Yet there not showing any real connection to each other at least yet. So since me and grand prive are on out the outs I'm not going to be depositing with them.
As for the bonus code I've long since thrown away the flier I got and have uninstalled the casino after my bit of research. If in the future someone does find out all that Grand Prive was doing was helping promote them. Yet there an independent entity then I'll for sure redownload and try out the casino in real mode.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

This is the article that I saw on the bottom of it where it says for more information go to betcasinograndbay.com which is a Grand Prive casino.

Based on that link to the Press Release they are Grand Prive

Surprised anyone?

I know the terms of a Free Chip limit to $150 at Grand Prive. I always hit something big when playing on a withdrawal limit so I rarely do it anymore. I haven't checked the Lotus Asia site, but I know the terms are clear on the Grand Prive site.

My problems with Grand Prive have nothing to do with the majority of members here. I simply do not like the Bet On Soft platform. If I were to play Bet On Soft, I would probably go with the Genesys Group although I do know Grand Prive does pay if you are lucky enough to beat them.

They also advertise neteller, moneybookers and other options, but they are not available on site (atleast for me). When i checked deposit methods it was either creditcard or paysafecard only those 2 options. I live in europe so there shouldn't be any reason for me not to use them. Is this same for others who registered here?

I had the same issue, once I verified my info my deposit options opened up, this was with Genysis, maybe a Bet on Soft security feature, who knows.

Lotus Asia Casino

I received the promotion in the snail mail for a free $100. I downloaded the casino and played the $100 off. Now am trying to un-install from my computer but my computer's un-install program will not allow it to completely uninstall. I've even tried to 'pause' my avast anti-virus and it still will not uninstall.
I went to Lotus live chat and they claim to not have a link they can send me to complete the uninstall.

Anyone have any idea how I can get this casino off of my computer?

Thanks for any helpful responses.

I played a $100 free no deposit bonus at Lotus Asia casino today. I lost one hand, won one hand, then went 13 straight losing hands (with two pushes), won one, and lost one. It is rare to have such a long losing streak so to have this losing streak right off the bat tells me this casino is no good.

Rare, but not impossible.

I'm surprised someone who has played blackjack as much as you is making assertions about the fidelity of this casino based on ~15 hands. Very surprised.

It's not even beginning to be close to a reasonable sample size to know if the software is legit or not....but you know this.

I've come across a number of long streaks before, certainly. But I can count on one hand how many streaks of 13 or longer I've encountered. But to hit this steak right off the bat? I'm saying their no good.

I like this casino

I have played LotusAsia for a number of months now and like them very much. I find the bonuses to be fair and the payout times to be reasonable and they pay either by check or back to card. I like the software and they generally flush a withdrawal in 1-3 days. Good acceptance of cards as well.

I like LAC very much and never faced any issue with transaction or customer support team. They people are that much professional.

@Westland Bowl, As Nifty said, It's rare but possible. Better luck next time :-)

What is the relevance of it occurring in your first session as opposed to any other?

You're saying it is OK as long as it doesn't happen when you first sign up. Eh?

Your comment makes no sense at all.

Maybe you could explain?

Because this was a free $100 no deposit bonus, the outcomes are skewed to lose more often on the outset for the player to have less of a balance before returning to statistical norm. I find this happens often after depositing new funds at other casinos too, not just Lotus Asia. Just another indication the online casino has some control over win/lose outcomes.

I believe that since this was a free $100 no deposit bonus, yes, I believe the looong losing streak was because of the bonus and Lotus being very tight with it.

I can see it would not make sense to you if you do believe that online casinos have no control over the win/lose outcomes of their games. That is why I always would be an advocate for a third party to draw the virtual cards. In land casinos, I would advocate that CSMs to have a small shoe in front to absolve any concerns that the machine is fixing cards on tables with RFIDs in the cards, chips and under each spot at the blackjack table.

Maybe you could explain?

I do not believe that unseen virtual cards are not manipulated by the online casino. Anyone winning with a betting strategy will find weird wtf things happening in each session, like the dealer getting 5 card 21 to mine 20, blackjack pushes (both me and dealer have blackjacks), double-down pushes happening a lot more often than the norm.

Lotus Asia Casino.

Hello I am Jason:-) First post here though I have been reading CasinoMeister for months !! Love it here!
So hopefully this turns out to be great post. I got a deal from Lotus Asia casino and decided to play it through.... And wow did I hit it big (sorry to slow for screenshot, but turned 22.00 into almost 700.00! :-$

I cashed out almost two weeks ago Friday, and used the expensive 30.00 courrier service to try and get the money much quicker as it said 3 to 5 days...I don't have it yet but I'm giving a small window as it is the holidays. Andy in their support seems great but I will keep everyone updated. If money doesn't show up by tomorrow I'll definitely be complaining as I know feel holiday or no holiday this has been enough time.
Feel like I was getting the run around a little bit with them saying they only have finance there Monday and Thursday..

I will keep everyone updated as their games are so unique and fun but will see about the cash yet to be determined ??

I install the casino on my computer and it makes me reformat my computer. :(

After contributing to the thread about Microgaming today someone refered to Lotus Asia Casino so I checked it out and thought I would give it a go with a $100 deposit and took their bonus giving me $200 to play with. I only play BlackJack as anyone who has read any of my posts will know.

Well so far playing $1 bets with a betting plan that I use regularly I have turned the $200 into just over $2800 with a lot of hands (1000s I would say) and I have only worked though 7% of my playthough.

The thing that stands out most is it feels right. What happens when and if I get through my playthrough is anyones guess, but so far I am enjoying my experience a lot more than I have at other very reputable casinos. I did have one losing streak of 12 hands in a row though which hurt a bit, but I was able to grind my way back up.

The software is a bit wierd and clunky, but nothing to complain about. The flash version is by far better than the download version.

Update and T&C Warning

OK, had a bad run after last post and lost all of the $2800 and my first deposit. I lost the lot playing very wildly after finding out about item 10 in the T&C.

Item 10 in the Bonus T&C is one that I missed before I deposited even though I thought I had read the T&C pretty thoroughly:

10. For the first deposit bonus the maximum amount that will be awarded is $/€/₤250.

This means that the maximum you can withdraw with the first bonus is your deposit plus $250. So even if I had won $10000 I would have forfeited $9750. That little item is really worth taking note of if you take their bonuses and play at Lotus Asia Casino.

After I lost my first deposit I made some inquiries with their help (very helpful, by the way) and as it turns out the item does not apply to any of the subsequent deposits and bonuses after the first one. So of the $1000 welcome bonus made up of 4 parts, Item 10 only applies to the first one. Their minimum deposit is $20.

Maybe point 10 simply means you can get 100% bonus up to 250, and still withdraw as much as you like?

Initially that was how I interpreted it, but when I consulted support they clarified it. It is as I stated in my last post. The maximum you can withdraw with first deposit is $250. No matter how much you win. 2nd, 3rd and 4th deposits which are part of the welcome bonus are not effected by this rule.

I am doing very well on 2nd deposit so I will not be complaining. I will have to wait and see how I go getting my winnings though when I have met the playthrough. I am currently 15% done.

Progress with second deposit as follows, 22% of playthrough completed, play still feels very honest and no ugly surprises have popped up yet, time will tell as I get close to completing playthrough. I started with $300 + $225 bonus = $525:

lotus.webp

There are 2 levels of blackjack on Lotus, normal which has limits $1-250 and elite which has limits $10-1000. I have mostly been playing the elite level which is why I have been able to get through so much of the playthrough in such a short time. I have however never hit the $1000 limit with my bets, the highest bet I have made is $400, and amazing as it may seem I got a Blackjack with the bet, very nice return :). When I did hit the upper limit in the normal level ($250) I lost regularly.

By my calculations as Blackjack only contributes 5% to the playthrough I have wagered in the region of about $40000 to get to this point.

I will post further progress reports for those interested, even if I lose it all before I get through the playthrough. :)

I spotted this back in December and contacted the casino about it. I was told it was an error in the wording of the terms and that the $250 limit only applies to free-chips. They said they would update the terms.
However, I have just checked the terms again and it is still confusing and ambiguous, so I have contacted them again for a second confirmation.
