Anyone else had issues with lottoland?

I've been waiting 3 days without any response from customer service,live chat is a complete joke and just cancels your chat session with out connecting to an agent.

Do we have any reps on here?

Playing roulette I would place my bets then would get the dreaded error message Bet Rejected
Tried again, same message only this time my jackpot numbers comes in. Gutted

Try again same message and again my number comes in. Log out of the game open up new page and log back in to see my balance is £8.

Did you ever hear back from them? They have closed my account with a balance of around a grand and I can’t get hold of anyone

Apologies @GourdFollower I have replied on my PAB, I am really sorry I didn’t realise you couldn’t discuss at all I just thought you couldn’t make a new thread, my fault
