Loki Casino withdrawal issues

Hi fellow forum members. So i have played at Loki since January this year, have had a few issues but withdrawals when inhave made them are generally in my bank account within say 12 hours of them processing the payment. So i won on saturday $7500 and started the process, they reversed it and said provide my card so i did. They then processed it and it turned from recall stage to pending. They said it was approved and had been sent. We are now at 23rd and no money. I have emailed them and chatted online and been told it takes 7 days. It never has it has always been hours. So this morning on chat i requested part of the accpunt number it was cashed out to she says we cannot give you this, i have requested this before while making withdrawals and they have obliged. She then says oh this is a different withdrawal method, no always used same withdrawal method same account to withdraw. So i am now thinking they are not being completely honest and have no intentions of paying the winnings at all and are lying and stalling. I did have a look here this morning and it seems there is no point complaining to ask gamblers as they are in their pocket. What do you think members?
I have screenshots of everything from the wins to the chats logs and transaction history, what can i do. Is there a rep here? Any help is appreciated i just want my winnings. The withdrawal is still pending in the casino transaction history

So i shouldnt hold out hope of receiving my withdrawal at all huh? I have withdrawn a few times from there successfully first time i have hit an issue but also biggest withdrawal
 
Thank you i hope i get it too. It is just completely weird that normally they pricess it lets say 2am my time and it is in around 2 or 3 pm same day i hope i recieve it. When the chat staff give all different responses and the money not there it is quite worrisome
 
I was just going through looking at the transactions etc i hope its okay to attach here even the depisits i make seems to be accepted by different platforms etc. I slso have screenshots of previous withdrawals and how quickly they usually arrive. I did email my vip manager last night anf requested some sort of transaction proof that they made the payment, she said the transferred my request to the finance department i wont hold my breath though. Also on tueaday i tried to deposit and it was blocked which is another weird occurrence. I dont know, it all seems suspicious to How do these sites turn to crap. Extremely disappointing.

The 19th was a Saturday. Give it a few days. Bank wires sometimes aren't processed until Monday mornings.

I hav contacted them one more time. So, your withdrawal has been approved from our side. Now it is waiting for an approval from a provider"

I asked her to clarify as i mentioned i normally recieve my withdraaal within hours, but she just said have a nice day. I requested the transaction number and she said she has requested it numerous times from their "finance department" i d9 not believe they have any intention of paying the withdrawal at alltoo many conflicting things being said. Also i requested a partial of my account number to which they paid cannot provide although other withdrawals they were happy to be provide it all seems a bit suss to me

Nope just received this

I told you that it can take 5-7 working days.
Today is a 6th working day since you made and withdrawal.
Also, I was not provided with a reference number. But I was promised that you will receive your cashout today or tomorrow.


Its gonna be a non payer i reckon

How are you? I have contacted our finance department to find out some news about your cashout. Then they contacted a payment processor to see what is happening and the payment processor promised that your cashout will be processed soon.
If it will not change I will contact them in a few hours again. Please, trust me, that as your personal manager, I hope and want that your cashout will be processed as fast as it can be.
