Hi all,

Little bit of advice needed, I am curious what you would do.

I deposited 70€ and took a bonus of 35€
I got lucky quickly and am now at a balance of 550€

I now have two options:

Option 1: withdraw now

Via de terms and conditions of the bonus I can now withdraws 2/3 of this amount: about 365€
When I do that I lose the bonus money amounting to 1/3 of the amount: about 180€

Option 2: Keep playing

I keep the balance of 550€ but I still have 2400€ wagering to do.
Any winnings are divided evenly according to the relation between real money and bonus money in the bet. I have now 365 Euro real money and 180 Euro bonus money in my account. A bet of 3 Euro will contain 2 Euro real money and 1 Euro bonus money and any winnings are divided into the same ratio.

Which option would you choose?

I am inclined to go for option 1 because of the high wagering requirements but not sure.

In gambling you always take a sure bet...so withdraw what you can now. If you keep playing and lose it all (and that will "probably" happen) you will feel like crap knowing you could have made a withdrawal earlier.

You are getting 5x your deposit...grab it.

Do the math - you (at 95% RTP) would expect wagering that 2400 to cost you 120, so you'd be better-off carrying on. Your bonus/cash ratio shouldn't make any difference as most casinos don't calculate the bonus WR on partial cash/bonus per spin, but on the whole value of the spin which comes off of the WR.
If that's the case, find a low-variance slot and carry on and you should be circa 60 better-off than now when WR is met.

IF the bonus is only coming off on WR at 1/3 of the value of each spin (which doesn't seem likely) then you'd effectively be wagering 7200 so would lose 360 and be 180 worse-off at 95% RTP.

3€ is deducted from the wagering requirement per spin not 1/3 of 3€.

Or not, who knows.

He has this money now and all spins in the future are unforeseeable.

With or without maths:)

3€ is deducted from the wagering requirement per spin not 1/3 of 3€.

In that case you are EV+ to cash out more than you are doing now. I'd play on, on the bonus/cash ratio you are quoting you can still cash out later anyway before meeting WR if things don't go your way..:)

Well what do you know?
I cashed out, made a few small deposits without a bonus and cashed out 900€ more!:thumbsup:
I posted a nice screenshot in the winners screenshot session. A huge base game hit on the turd (Creature from the black lagoon)

So I guess it was the right decision ;):p

lol I am SO glad that you're smarter than me! Good going, keep up the good work!

So now we have all learned one important thing from this thread:

Don't follow any advices from dunover :p

WITHDRAW! WITHDRAW! WITHDRAW!

Without a shadow of a doubt, I would always withdraw 5x my deposit if and where applicable :D

Excellent advice.

Right from the Nifty Playbook :D

One of the biggest issues with us gamblers is lack of bankroll management. Remember, if you cash out 5x your deposit, that's 5 more sessions you can have later!!

I'm going to force my brother to read through this thread later tonight.
I sit day after day watching him deposit €10 to €20, get his balance up to near €100 (often more) only to lose it every time. Drives me MAD
I haven't seen him make a withdrawal in weeks, yet continuously moan that he never wins

Nice one gokkie! Nade the right decision :)

Indeed. :eek2: But in all fairness he would have hit that streak anyway even if he hadn't cashed out and was still under WR, and the play he had to win that 900 would have almost certainly cleared the WR left.....

It must have been your lucky day to get a decent win on TFTUT. These seem quite rare. Well done anyway, as Tirilej says don't listen to me, what do I know??:D

EDITED OUT: Sorry, reading further I see OP has already done a withdrawal.
