I received an email stating that Leopard rock casino and Gold Circle casino are closed. I have some money at both of them and cannot even access my casino accounts now. Any help on this one?

Yep, they're closing down. That's too bad because these were some really nice guys. Don't worry, your funds are safe. You should still be able to log in and cash out. I believe the casino will be operating for the next few weeks before they are taken offline.

I've already spoken with RTG about this and players should be rest assured that the casino will take care of its debts - no problem. They are linked to the land based Leopard Rock casino in SA.

I hope that there will not be a problem receiving money from these casinos. They both had a good reputation as far as i could see reading the forums. But i am worried a little because i changed the operational system on my PC recently and now i am just unable to download any of these casinos- not Leopard and not Gold Circle.

Then why are you worried? Just call support, tell them you can't access your casino account and ask them what to do. They can probably send you a link to download the software and you should be good to go.

Do you know what the problem was at these two casinos? I would not think it would be cash flow problems, as you say they are linked to a land based operation. Maybe it was just not profitable for them.

These guys had experience running landbased casinos, and some of these skills didn't cross-over to their online presence as well as they thought they would (I suppose). This is not the first time a land based operation has bowed out of the online arena. I don't have the specifics, but I know it wasn't a cash flow problem.

This group eventually has sent me some of my outstanding balance to Neteller a few days ago but I am still owed a couple thousand and I honestly doubt they still are willing to honor that as too much time has gone by already.

Has anyone else received his funds okay here after their closure?

* schankwart, are you pitching a bitch, or are you just bitching? Just call again and be patient... I think. They have been very good up unto now... Me thinks! **

** How would you know if you have not tried? I am sorry if I came of sounding like a female dog just then, I meant to say that maybe you should see if you can still contact them. You said you got some of your money. How much (%) is some? I think this might be a bit tough... and sorry for that snappy remark **

They still owe me ~2-3k, I would have to look it up exactly.
Well, I guess I will try and contact them again then. Wish me good luck.

You should contact Montana about this.

bump.

I am still busy with my "RTG cleanup" and this one is another case that Montana did not want to resolve anymore due to their incredible "three month rule", when I asked them for help last November

Montana has proven themselves to be useless for me.
They first want you to "try everything possible" with the Casino on your own and then, when the Casino managed to drag enough time, will tell you that more than three months have passed by and will not help you getting paid anymore.

Unfortunately I was not aware of this term but I am sure many other people who asked Montana for mediation experienced the same.

What a shame.

who referred you to this RTG?? Seems you have problem after problem and still keep going back. I dont get that!

Read the posts before posting that kind of nonsense. This issue is months old.
Please dont start your personal episodes here with me again. -Please!

i don't know of the full scope of this complaint, but if you PAB I'll see if there is a way to have this looked into. Why did you wait this long? If it were me, I would have been riding them hard as soon as I heard they were closing down last September. Leopard Rock notified their players of the shut down - why did you wait so long to do anything?

Or should I even ask? :D
