Ok so after many failed previous attempts to risk my winnings to get something substantial i finally achieved it, to some it may not be alot but to me it has the potential to be life changing.

I recently won 20,000 Euro's ($29,000AUD or so in my local Currency) playing on the microgaming casino Lavida now after many hoops and one to many stalling tactics and two weeks later they have finally reached the processing stage for it to leave the casinos bank. however this cannot be done on the weekend and will resume monday. the casino is imposing a term im not entirely sure is fair or is even applicible to me, so im here to hopefully clear some uncertainty and/or get some advice.

Anyways the term is this.
16.6. If your requested withdrawal amount (singular or cumulative lifetime withdrawals) is five times or more than your lifetime deposits across all Fortune Lounge casinos, the withdrawal amount will be released in lots of up to 5,000 credits per week. The remaining amount will remain in your account until you are eligible for a further withdrawal. Any deposits made after the date of withdrawal will not be included in this calculation. This clause will be applied at the discretion of the casino management. Wins from progressive games are exempt from this clause.

Now the above term is only located within the Promotional T&C's and not listed in the General Terms or any others. As my Deposit had been made without claiming a bonus that resulted in these winnings i was under the impression NO promotional/bonus Terms would Apply to me or my Game play.

here is a diagram with the site layout showing the location of the clause.

some of my reasons for wanting to avoid multiple smaller transactions are as follows.
I will receive a fee on each international transfer $22 each x 4
i will also have an unfavourable currency conversion or and inconsistent conversion on the transactions.
and the main one is this. as my past experience has shown ive made the mistake of being greedy many times and lost the lot more than once (similar amounts won/lost) and i do want to avoid having the remainder of my winnings revert back to my balance after each withdrawal and then sitting there for a week before the next one is permitted.

I guess Ideally if it was possible i would like to receive it in one transaction but if that isnt possible then im hoping management would work with me on negotiating something like 2x 10,000 Withdrawals.
so if anyone has dealt with a similar circumstance or has perhaps involved casino management in a similar case and maybe Negotiated something better i would appreciate any input thankyou CM Community :)

And for those who are curious ill add a photo or two of some of the better wins during this session.

If you didn't use a bonus, and if that rule is not in the regular T&C's you should of course be paid whatever weekly limit they have. If they don't have any limit then you should have it all at once.
I guess MG casinos aren't doing that great these days but it can't be that bad...I hope.

I saw you had visited the reps profile so I guess you've also sent a pm. Wait for that reply before you do anything else.

...and congratulations

They are hoping you will play most of it back. Please don't. No point trying to win any more now that you know they are going to drip feed at 5000 per week. Wait until you have the lot, then press them for a refund of the unnecessary fees.

One issue might be that they know that they will soon lose Australia, so they will have little incentive to retain Australian players by being extra nice. This might also be why they would prefer you to have the opportunity to play back much of the win rather than them getting it back slowly over many weeks.

Given that you deposited without a bonus, and seem to be a bit of a "whale" from those screenshots, it seems very odd that they are finding a way to impose a term that is there for when players take bonuses. For a "whale", casinos normally WAIVE terms that are likely to put them off from playing again.

You are LUCKY you didn't use a SUB here as there is another awful term in these smaller Viper casinos giving them the right to limit any withdrawal/winnings to 6x deposit. :(

P.S. - OP, those screenies are pointless without the context of stake....

Fortunately i play at so many casinos ive been watching them ban me one by one as the weeks go by and have had plenty of time and obviously looked into the proposed legislation causing this annoyance to be aware of the comming changes and to get out with a nice win in my pocket untill further notice changes things i suppose :p

but im already tempted to have a spin before the first transfer is even completed. here look at this date.and to impose month worth of transactions and fees.AND let me remind you this first transaction still hasn't taken place, and judging by the current time frame things arent looking great.
Dear Brendon,

One of my very first wins within my first week of gambling online last year i got hit by this clause by casino mate from my 20 paysafe deposit which resulted in a 120 winnings in my bank, i had withdrawn 1500, however it taught me a very important lesson and have never lost another dime due to terms not being read or atleast skimmed for keywords. so wasnt all bad.

from memory. Centre Court was 37ish euro and Secret Romance was 19.50 i think (filled whole screen with one of the highest symbols while on 5x)
