Lasseters Software Issues???

I was curious regarding Lasseters and OSG software, so downloaded Play-4-fun yesterday, but hit what I consider to be serious problems tonight, both with the software and with the attitude of their support staff.

When playing Rollercoaster, I boosted my balance from 500 points to over 14000, but when I exited the game, I was presented with a black, blank screen. My only option was to log myself out and then back in again. And guess what..only 500 points showed up in my account.

So back again to Rollercoaster, to build up my points to 3000, and then I exited the game again (See, following the rules here), tried to get into another game, and was presented with that big black, blank screen again. And when I logged in again....only 500 points showed up in my account.

At this point, I contacted the online chat session, and was rather perturbed by "Ryan's" attitude. He stated that they don't care about the play-4-fun points balance, as it can always be reset by ourselves, but that all play in the real world is logged.

Fair enough, but what he didn't seem to be able to grasp was the point I was making - that it was the Play-4-fun software which was 'losing' my points, and that has absolutely nothing to do with being able to reset my points balance. Consequently, my confidence in their software has been rather undermined: presumably it is the same software used in both environments. Isn't it?

Has anyone else came across this problem before?

BTW - I closed my Lasseters account. I can lose my money quite happily by myself.) I don't need an additional helping hand from the software.

Lasseters

Get real.
I have played at the site for 2+ years never an issue with REAL $$. That was FUN money and does not command the respect or attention of real play.
Casino is legit and one of the few that is regulated by the domestic goverment.

Not much to do Loganberry?

About as much as you, by the sounds of things, although there are more polite ways of phrasing it, Buckbaby. I came across what I saw as a problem, commented on it, and asked for any further comments. Instead I get the Good Ship Lollipop steaming straight at me with all guns blazing, simply because you have played there for years and have had no problems.

Well, that's great, and I hope you never do, but you are still not the centre of the known universe. YET. So when other people post their experiences, which may not tally with yours, and which you consider too trivial to comment on....then don't!

For the record...Play-4-Fun is sometimes where trials of new games are held, and where problems sometimes come to light. So to say that it 'does not command the respect or attention of real play' is not quite accurate.

Fun Money

Not a whole lot of Fun Money players here. (maybe I am wrong)
You can not play for REAL and Fun money with same account at site.

(however, logs are always available for Real action at site)

Hmmm, very distressing. Walt Disney vs. Hanna-Barbera. While I would have guessed that Warner Bros. Vs. Walt Disney would have been more of a balanced fight, there's quite a large gang in the Hanna-Barbera pack isn't there. I don't know what your issues are, and I don't care. But from what I HAVE SEEN, Fred Flintstone (aside from bowling and ballet) routinely has accidents. The rabbit is notorious for eluding being hurt. It's a wash. No one loses, but no one wins either.

If you want a real fight, check-out the "Six Million Dollar Man" versus Sasquatch (best when it was played by Andre The Giant over Ted Cassidy). It was great in the end, because after some very memorable clashes, they became (wheeping)... f-f-f-r-r-r-iends.

Please, my apologies, may the battle ensue...

You can play with fun money and real money at all the casinos. All you do is sign up to play for fun FIRST, write down your account #, go to real money, sign up and write down that account number. That is the only way I sign up.

It's a pain at some sites that you have to switch the account number(not the password), but its worth it when you just want to "chill" and not invest anything at the time, but still have fun.

There are a few that you can actually choose between fun/play WITH the same account. Those I like the best.

Run, rabbit, Run!

Hmmm, very distressing.

Definitely. I didn't realise I had discovered space travel, but I must live in a galaxy far far away, as I didn't understand a word of that post. Well...perhaps a word...or two..:D

I don't know what your issues are, and I don't care.

Just thought I was simply posting a comment re an experience I had. Get an unexpectedly aggressive response, defend myself, and hey...the rest of the gang join in the fun. :axeman:

The rabbit is notorious for eluding being hurt

Doesn't seem as if there is any incentive to post anything here which doesn't 'conform'. To what, I don't know, but I'm too busy picking buckshot out of my cotton tail to really care any more.

To summarise: I came, I posted, I was beaten up. So yup, this rabbit is going to do a runner, as this forum is obviously far too sophisticated for the likes of me.

I say you did the right thing closing the Lasseters account. Their blackjack play just did not seem right. My percentage of wins whenever I bet over 20% of my bankroll at that moment was only around 23%-25%. Well, **** that!!! The play was difficult without that crap anyway. End result: Account closed by player and a negative review here being read at this moment. Crocodile Dundee would have put a big blade to their balls.

I'm staying out of the avatar wars for now.:D

Two issues here. When we choose a casino, one of the things to be considered is whether the'fun' and 'real' play modes differ and that should apply to account balances as well. So Loganberry is right in pointing this out to the Lassetters support staff. I am also quite disappointed by the response of the support which dont seem to understand that if this haapnes in fun mode the player would be wary of trying to play for real. My experiences with Lassetters support and their games have always been good though I havent played with them for awhile. Hope they havent gone downhill.
