Their new bonus store is very strange, it sometimes loads the bonuses they have, sometimes doesn't but I have also noticed this very odd term. (This doesn't make any difference to whether they show or not in my case).

It's still a very poor launch.

I noticed the exact same yesterday, I took it you have to deposit 20 to start earning bonus points, Not a clue as didnt look no further just used my 10 bonus they give me in my games account and free spins on rocky

Shocking Casino

I really am so disappointed with Ladbrokes.
First of all as we know they ditch microgaming and then send e-mails galore advertising the great casino.
First of all there does not seem any difference between the Vegas and the so called new casino.
The free spins they offer work sometimes and other times not.
Had an e-mail on Friday from them offering a 200 percent bonus for the new casino.
Thought why not deposit 25 euro and give it a try.Deposited and no bonus on offer.Then suddenly a 100 percent bonus was offered.
I tried to phone the number and phoning from ireland on my bloody mobile spent 17 mins trying to get someone to speak to me.
All i had was a recorded message saying you can use live chat or e-mail but where is live chat.Dont know if this facility is only availble in the uk but could not find any live chat button.
So i then e-mailed them and now 38 hours later no reply except automatic e-mail.
Anyway i took the 100 percent as i wanted to play and just wish i hadnt as i just find all the games pure mince.
At least i have learned another lesson.I would take netent a 1000 times before playtech.
And goodbuy Ladbrokes.

Well surprise surprise - Ladbrokes appear to be turning into the total disaster I predicted when I first heard they were switching from MG to Playtech.

got to admit ive not took a bonus or deposited in Ladbrokes casino since the changeover and the promotions are total garbage even tho they had said the new casino would have so many great promotions, anyway don't know if it works in Ireland but if you go to Ladbrokes sports page and click my account at top it gives you your account and live chat is in there, on history at the side theres a live chat you can click on as it doesn't show on front page, I always use that as even long before changeover emails often took days to get answered if they got ansered at all

For live chat open up a casino game and then in the top right there is a link for Support.

It's been a complete shambles though, I still don't see the point in keeping Vegas and Casino as they are, just two completely conflicting areas.

They are also asking for ID requests despite the account being already verified, I don't know what difference it makes to them that because THEY have switched provider they now need ID AGAIN?

I took the 200% bonus yesterday to have a play round with the games,(which are awful BTW) deposited £20 with £40 bonus wr £1200 , anyway made WR but noticed bonus money still in account, the bonus kept going up and down so emailed them, got a reply this morning saying although I had made the WR the bonus money would keep going up and down as I win or lose WHAT, ..........anyway never got above twice initial deposit, busted out of money and I am now busting out of the casino, It a complete shambles, Notice the rep hasn't been on for months!

Also playing Sopranos and it did not give 5 free spins when tony soprano landed on the middle reel of reel 3, during the third bonus game!! this happened 3 times, emailed support and have to wait 72 hours for reply

I dont even want a reply I actually dont care now!

Paul obviously live chat is not available for Irish customers anyway as no live chat appears on my account or history page.
I e-mailed them again this evening and ive had no reply from the first e-mail so i doubt i will have an answer on the second one for a month or so.
I am just totally fed up with their so called customer service.The weekend before they ditched microgaming i deposited some money in a shop and took all of 1 minute and 2 days after i popped into the same shop to withdraw and it took 40 minutes for them to pay my pitifull winnings.
Anyway i have now requested a closure of account so its defo bye bye Ladbrokes.I am sure their casinomeister rating will eventually drop dramatically.

I can assure you the same thing was happening to me with the bonus going up.I just cannot see how anyone will have any fun playing there.

If you open a game and go to the top right hand side there should be a little spanner (I think) if you click on that a drop down menu should come down with live chat on, hope this helps

Thanks Mimi,The spanner worked with the chat the only problem was i waited and waited and waited but no one answered.
Now 5 days since my first e-mail and no answer.Only e-mails ive had from them is the offer of another bonus and free spins.

After my last post I said click banking and it comes up sometimes if not than try again, Well after testing number of times it comes up when you click account, but hidden in right hand site, and not all time,
Saying that 1 & half hrs on live chat yesterday and got no where, after I sent email I received 7 hrs reply stating go to vegas tab, I had done this a number of times, nothing there expet about points, Another 6 hrs a reply came saying to see bonus you have to make a 20 deposit, So 1 and half hrs on chat, over 12 hours to get 2 emails and to tell me that, Sorry but no deposit from me now
