thats been on the cashier for a few weeks now. its even advertised in the promo department. normal hours mon till friday is 3 hours pending i think...with been x mas thats prob why its 24 hours. bad change this imho.

I used to play there and a w/d was final (I never tried contacting CS within 3 hours to reverse one though) If I w/d Sunday it would be back in my bank a/c by Tuesday. IF THIS IS still achievable with the 24-hour pending, then no foul, especially as by what you have typed it seems this has to be done by contacting CS. If, however, they go over to that shitty 'Oh look, every time you log in or go to banking page there'll be a bloody great link or button screaming REVERSE WITHDRAWAL' then yes, it's a definite step backwards. Ladyboys aren't accredited I understand as they don't want a rep here, but in all other aspects they certainly behave like a top accredited site. Even with this comparably low 24-hour pending.

This has been on for about 6 weeks (with a 3 hour delay) and only applies to debit/credit card withdrawals. You have to phstcally contact CS to reverse, there is no link in the software.
