Ladbrokes £10 Bonus Email Offer

Anybody else had this...

I got mine yesterday.

I consider myself fairly well versed in the checking of terms etc etc but for the life of me I can’t seem to see this bonus anywhere when I click on the link and login OR how to activate it.

It states you have to stake/wager £10 on any of the ‘qualifying’ casino games/slots/live casino games. But I can’t seem to find what these qualifying games are.....

However look at the list of EXCLUDED yes EXCLUDED games.

With only 1x wager on the bonus I thought it might be some cheap entertainment for an
Hour or so on some low stakes.

But to me this just seems a blatant attempt to get people to deposit a tenner and then mug people off by not making it clear which games you CAN play or making it easy to activate.

Am I missing something here or perhaps it’s just not working???

Surely many others have been sent this?

Yeah, basically play any slot as long as it's not the 500-odd Playtech, Nextgen or Play'n Go ones.....

Got this and thought initially "oh a free tenner" as I know their bonuses usually carry just 1x WR

Would then normally have been straight down back of sofa to scrape a paysafe voucher together until I hit the same brick wall as yourself.

From what I understand it would be their crappy, laggy Playtech casino games only which I'd rather play an Easter Egg hunt with the kids, far more enjoyable.

Why not just list the eligible ones then ffs!!

As I said no link to them or the offer what so ever.

To me it’s a complete stitch up knowing 99% of people will just deposit and spaff it then just laugh it off when they’ve been credited fuck all.

Reading those lists in the images above, it seems Playtech slots were excluded? (along with nearly everything else)

FWIW, I used Ladbrokes a lot in my early days, viper client MG slots.

Back then I knew that their staff and management were pretty clueless, no make that VERY clueless when it came to promotions, queries, tech issues....

The amount of emails and wasted time on live chat, well.........

It’s probably set up the way it is on purpose they know most people won’t read the t’s and c’s and when it comes to someone winning they just point them in the direction of said t’s and c’s for no pay out
