I would think that whilst there may be a discount for the casino for offering free spins and promoting a provider, any outcome is as random as the slot itself.

I've certainly had decent hits from free spins before.

Don't think it would worth the hassle, they would need to decide a total win amount then contact the game maker and get them to roll a sequence of for example 50 spins to make the end result £10.34.

I recall not long ago casinos offering a guaranteed bonus spin as a promo so they must have quite some leeway from the rules that apply to non bonus related playing?

Let's say for argument's sake a casino could buy pre decided batches and the sum of those equated to the slots RTP then they may not be breaking this requirement.

Not saying this is what's happening.

If the recommendation was increase RTP across all games to 99% and credit £10 cash on every login, I can only say that I have been appealing for this and it is about time.
