Also, I don’t know why if you’re verified on one site you need to them send in the same documents to another one? Seems a bit absurd that the casino are then having to hold and store 4 passports, 4 council tax bills etc.

As a group it would make sense to cross reference checks.

It would save time and money and make for a better customer experience.

I cant see the sense on Yeti asking and then All British when all info is held by L&L.

Not sure how this fits in with legislation but it makes business sense to me.

Without going into detail, it will be based on your total deposits over the group, and you probably hit that limit on yeti, but once you supply the SoW it will apply across all brands so you won't have to do so again.
I do think its right they stop deposits while it's ongoing, it was mentioned in a previous thread the withdrawal was stopped but you could still deposit, I think thats completely wrong, so seems like they have changed that policy.

Thats an ongoing issue with Png. Basically we setup a bonus, that bonus has a bonus id / transaction id. When a free spin win is received on our and that win contains the transaction id so that we can match it to the correct bonus with the correct conditions (wagering e.g.).

Now for some reason with PnG, they could trigger the free spins twice, what does it trigger twice is unclear as we're only sending a trigger ID once, on the first time you launch the game.

And that's where the problem starts, because the bonus id / transaction id already received a win (free spin win) it can not be processed on our system (luckily otherwise we would give free money away) and then the game gets stuck.

And Png needs to finish them manually.

I'm actually going to test a different approach, to see if that works better.

Ah yes - I did get the "Limit Exceeded" error with the Fire Joker spins the other day. But I also got the bonus win credited to my account when I closed the game. I'm not sure it was the full amount, but given that the shortfall would've been less than 0.10, I didn't bother picking it up. I hassle Jan enough as it is

Just checked the Transactions on All British and on June 1st it counts 69 - it doesn't generate the full week, and for some reason only spins on Book of Dead and Book of Pharaoh are showing. There's no No Limit (we'll reach for the sky) or BTG.

Which is a bit odd!

I also played at Fun and CasinoCasino last week. Just FYI really.

Hi, no worries. It's entirely possible I didn't play there after 1st June, but I think I did

The thing is, the numbers still don't add up; I put it into Excel and the value of my spins was less than the value of my deposits. And that's even taking into account that wins would've also increased the playing money.

It looks to me like BTG and NoLimit are not feeding through to the transaction page on the site, but I could be wrong.

Yeah as soon as I made my deposit and got 100 fs 3.90 was added to my account and it was under the 100 fs wagering, and I got told it was from the 100 free spins but I told them I did not play them before that amount was added
