My ABC play history has over 110 qualifying spins in January.
My Fun play is a lot more, but a quick look only at 4th January shows at least 100 qualifying spins that day alone. So my spin total posted for January is definitely wrong.

Also there are more than one posts here from you and some pms confirming that all spins count for the RTP, no matter the size.

OH yeah. So as Scotty also did not play each week then the rules are that we only need to deposit 3 times in a month and spin 250 times in that month in order to qualify for the monthly prize.

As far as I remember we nominated the ones we want at the start. Mine was ABC and Fun.

For your RTP to qualify a minimum of 100 game rounds are required for the weekly prizes and 250 spins are required at a minimum of 10 pence/cents (or currency equivalent a spin to qualify for the monthly prizes.

FYI - I didnt go back through the thread to see if there had been any updated rules. This was from the start.

Thanks, got it and counted the spins. Looks like you missed all the 0.10 spins I did at Grand Spinn.
They are from line 5241 to 5345.

And all the ABC play but even Fun play alone is enough.

CasinoCasino is x40 which is a little easier to swallow especially as some casinos do xwhatever on depo and bonus

Aslong as casinos keeps cash and bonus separate im not fussed about 40/50x wagering, its when the bonus is tied in with the cash and you have to wager it all together and which I find appalling

Jep that email wasnt the best email we've sent since, well i guess it was 1st of april 2014 when I told players they get 1 million free spins on Starburst. (Aprils fool!)! Would that even be allowed these days?

Anyway, error is noted and won't happen again.

About the free spins:
Are you referring to deposit spins, or manual spins? And given you are all advanced users and we aim our very best to inform players on every single occassion: The spins are always activated first in your personal bonus section? Either by activating manual spins before proceeding to the game or by activating the deposit spins and completing the deposit?

If done and next time there are no spins, please let me know right away so we can check logs.

How we work with spins bonuses or reload is technically the same. With reloads we barely have issues, unless customer didnt activate the bonus, I do know about the free spins but most of the time it is because the bonus wasnt activated. So I'm extremely curious about those cases where the process is followed but the spins/offer is not showing.

Would be great upon the next offer to let me know.
