I had a few like that. Live chat said it was because I had not deposited enough. Think you had to do two in December to gain the offers completely. On Xmas day there were 4 X 5 free spins but only 2 worked or registered for me.

My withdrawal requested yesterday from All British is still pending. Is this normal for the withdrawal to be sat pending for over 24 hours?

I also think this is a little confusing and could be worded better:



Pending Withdrawal - click 'cancel to proceed doesnt sound correct.
