i hoping someone can help with advice.
on Friday night I opened an account with Kongcasino and deposited £100.
they instantly added a £100 bonus which I didn’t want so I decided against playing on the site.
I didn’t make a single wager.
I had all sorts of difficulties uploading ID but finally got that accepted today.
but now when I go to withdraw it says “You haven't wagered enough since making your first deposit, please contact customer support in order to request a withdrawal.”.
i Have contacted customer suppport but they are completely unresponsive.
my questions are 1- am I under any obligation to wager anything before withdrawing? 2 - what can i do to escalate it if they don’t respond or refuse to do it?
