Kiwi Casino - Anyone still play there?

Hello,

I'm shopping for a PlayTech for live dealer BJ and Kiwi has the best limits I've found.

I know they used to be top notch - can anyone who still plays there (since they've been sold) tell me if they pay on time, have good support, etc? They are now owned by InterContinental Casinos Limited and I haven't heard anything bad about their casinos from the little I have searched.

I'd like feedback from players on this :)

Thanks!

As well as Kiwi, Fastwin casino were also sold off to them, and while nothing has surfaced about Kiwi (yet), there have been problems at Fastwin that lead to their delisting (along with Kiwi) from the accredited section.

One problem was the lack of response to players who tried to contact them over problems they were having, this is quite a big negative.

A bigger issue was that Fastwin were advertising a promotion that expired several months before, and the non-credit of this advertised promotion was the root cause of many of the complaints. I took the view that not changing the website several months after ending the promotion was more than just an oversight, but a deliberate lure to trick players into believing they would still get the promotion for their deposits.

They could argue they have no control over the website (and in a way, they tried this by citing a "stale page" as the cause for the confusion), but any casino that does not even have the authority to change it's own site cannot be trusted, as if they cannot change the site, they cannot furnish players with the proper terms and conditions, thus leading to players getting "screwed over".
I do not expect things are any different at Tiki Bingo, nor Kiwi Casino. Until such time as they have resubmitted for accreditation under the new ownership, and passed, they should be treated with caution. Try to get replies from support BEFORE depositing, and make sure the website is properly up to date (ask about the advertised offer, and see if support confirm it to be correct, and not months out of date, or even a "stale page")

This is one of the reasons they were delisted from Casinomeister. When they changed hands last Spring, things became very miscommunicative. They sort of lost touch with the player community. What a shame to see an outstanding casino fade away into the void.

But this is sometimes to be expected when you sell your properties - things change.

I'm glad I read this thread, because I didn't know about that.
I haven't personally played at Kiwi for ages (due to the lack of any decent bonus offers) and in the light of this info I shall seriously consider taking them off my website.

Shame, because I used to think they were one of the best Playtechs :(

Fastwin is still advertising the monthy bonus on their website that they told me months ago was no longer active. I checked again with support recently and no the promo does not exist.
Stay away from these guys.
