Morning, I was wondering about something. I gennerally use a couple of Casinos to play with. One is Jackpot City and the other Casino Action. Both are part of the Microgaming group but I noticed something different about them. On Jackpot City I could see which games were running hot or cold in the last day week or month (Hot means paying more than the normal or payout over the RTP). When I went to Casino Action they did not have this information and when I went to ask their customer service they stated they cannot give this information out. ONly information is the temperature gague when you select the game.

The CS rep at casino action stated they cannot by law give out this information. Not sure who is right in this situation or it is different rules since one is based in Canada and the other based in Australia.

Casino Action is with the casino rewards group and I am no fan and would not deposit there. However there is a rep here you can conatct and ask about your problem.

Sounds like BS. How can it be illegal to give out utterly meaningless information

It's Jackpot City you should be worried about, especially if you think what they give out helps you choose the best games to play with your deposit.

The CS probably thought you were asking for something different, such as information about players who had won recently.
