I received five free spins this morning for jackpotmobilecasino.com and from the winnings of these spins, I went on to win approx £300 across two/three games but it was all bonus money until wagering was completed.
As soon as I completed the wagering requirement, my cash balance reduced to £7.98.
When I spoke to live chat, they said that once wagering is completed, the bonus funds are obsolete as I was only wagering the original win from the five x free spins.
Is this right?
When I have completed wagering with other online casinos, the bonus fund was converted to available cash, and not wiped out.
It just seems wrong to me but maybe I have misunderstood this, and it's common practice elsewhere, but I don't recall this happening in the past.

Looking at their welcome bonus, they mention things like (emphasis added):

The maximum conversion amount from bonus funds, including bonus funds accrued from bonus spins, will be capped at 4x the initial bonus amount awarded. Bonus funds convert automatically once wagering is complete.

So yes, the site actively uses bonus capping - which is what you've experienced. Vote with your wallet and play elsewhere.
