I have been a player with Allslots for at least 6 years and even invited to VIP Lounge, never really had any issues with this group, have had numerous w/d's without hassle, a couple yrs ago they found a discrepancy where my birth date was off by one month which was cleared up and supposedly fixed in their system and was paid.

Last Friday I make a w/d, wait the 48 pending, it shows in cashcheck "work in progress", on Monday I checked on the w/d status and am asked to send in ID verification, send in scanned passport and my current utility bill (water), they came back and said my water bill didn't show the full address and was unacceptable, it clearly does, so I go online and print a current bank statement which shows the address, name, date etc..., not good enough, cant use an online document, 90% of all my doc's are paperless, they want a paper bill showing all 4 sides, I found a current Visa statement and sent that on Tuesday, got a confirmation that they have sent the docs to finance and would get back to me in 48 hrs, sent an email to cs and they said they have not heard back from finance, now it wont be until next week.

Since Monday my w/d has disappeared from Cashcheck.

I have had no answer from them, very little satisfaction from their rep here, very generic responses.

This is completely unacceptable, I can see a delay for a new player but not for one that has been with them for this many years and has been paid numerous times in the past.

There just seems to be a small handful of good groups left.
 
Sounds pretty ordinary to me. I'd be pissed too.

What did the rep say?

I always thought this group was above this kind of nonsense.

I used to think so too, not anymore.

The rep quite frankly sounded so disinterested in what I had to say, just by his answers he didn't even check into the situation, generic response is on both messages.
 
If you print the online statement page onto A4, and then scan it in, they will see all 4 corners and cannot tell WHERE it was printed. If you simply take a screenshot of the online page and save it as an image they can tell (no clear 4 corners). The PDF version of an online statement should be the EXACT replica of what they would otherwise print off and post to you.

If the rep can't be bothered to take this seriously, PAB. You can then vote with your wallet and find somewhere else to play. This group are a shadow of their former glory, and have been for some while.
 
The irony, 2 hours after posting received email stating my documents approved and my cash out will be processed next week, coincidence??

Happy you got paid. Still, you had to wait a week for your money...

It's going to be 2 weeks and that's with a with a $35 courier charge, not what I consider very good when you look at the likes of 32Red, Guts, Casino Luck etc... As well all the hassle and uncertainty.
 
I think its only fair to share a positive, I did receive a cheque the very next day after saying it was approved which was yesterday, today the cheque showed up via fedex and they did not charge the courier fee, for that part I have to give a thumbs up.
