It's on the accredited list here, so that's good, but I always read through threads as well before deciding whether to join a casino.
The thing is, I can't find any threads about this casino despite doing an "advanced search" here on the forums. Perhaps the search function is just broken on my end?

If someone could link me to some threads about J.C casino, or even advise my, give some insight etc I would be very grateful :)

I really DID search countless times but keep getting the "nothing matches the keywords (Jackpot City) you typed..."

Personalmente non ho mai avuto problemi nè al Jackpot City nè agli altri casino del gruppo.
In 3 giorni i prelievi arrivano su Neteller.

Jackpot City is part of Belle Rock who are generally pretty good and definately reputable. They recently made cashout times slower which is my main gripe and part-reason for not playing there anymore. They used to have rubbish support but that got better - still not brilliant but at least average.

They are very good with VIP Players too. They assign a VIP manager to the more prolific players and their attention seems decent. Once they even sent me a really nice portable sound system as a "congratulations" after I had a big win - but that was 2 or 3 years ago now.

They're also one of the few MG groups to allow player controlled deposit limits (ie: not on request).

Unless you are a VIP you do feel a bit like a number rather than an individual at times but that's the same at most big groups and it's no biggie as generally it all runs pretty smooth.

Also they sometimes have deposit bonuses, but be aware that you're only allowed to claim deposit bonuses at one casino in the group, someone had issues because of that. I have an account at Jackpot City but actually play more at River Belle. I think Belle Rock's support and promotions are pretty good, but as the muppet said, they extended their cashout times and don't flush, so that's a bit of a drag.

I was told it only changed on the weekends. They increase the pending period so that it's reversible for the entire weekend, since they don't process withdrawals until the next business day.

The way it was explained to me made sense, they want to cut down on processing costs. If a player deposits, wins, and cashes out on Friday, then decides to play more on the weekend and the withdrawal is no longer reversible, they have to deposit again. Since there's no way the withdrawal would be processed, there's no point letting it sit in limbo when some of it could be used for a deposit, rather than using another method which they pay the fees for.

I didn't really like it either, but it does make sense.

My experience has been that withdrawals made over a weekend get processed by Tuesday, if not the Monday, so it still seems to be 24 hours pending, with the exception of the weekend extension.
