Hi there, Can you help me here? Im about to withdraw funds from Jackpot City Casino ( MG )after meeting the wagering requirements. Has anyone requested a withdrawal there before? Do they ask for documentation? What kind? How long do they take for bank wires? What about cheques for $900? Are they friendly when a player request a withdrawal?

Documents are a very common request. Jackpot City is part of BelleRock, and I read somewhere that eCogra guidelines say that withdrawals of $1000+ require their members to get a set of documentation from the player. $900 is certainly close to this, and big enough to make it a racing certainty that you will receive some kind of request for documentation if you have used cards for the deposit. If you used eWallets, the casinos will sometimes trust that you are OK because the eWallet thinks so. This is far less common now, and recently I have had document requests from casinos I have only ever played with Neteller deposits. A couple of years ago, I almost never received document requests unless I had used a card to deposit.

A document request will usually be for one official document bearing a photo, and your name, address, and date of birth; and a separate piece showing your address (proves you actually have access to said address), which is usually a utility bill, bank statement, etc. If you have used cards, there is usually a request to send in images of back & front of each card used, and sometimes a signed deposit declaration form.
Once sent & verified, your withdrawal will then proceed as normal.

Unless you have been "up to something", the above should proceed smoothly, and you should receive courteous treatment throughout. BelleRock, unfortunately, have a history of bungling CS, and something can go wrong because of this. Fortunately, BelleRock have a rep here who can sort out CS when they get it wrong.

If you want a cheque, $900 is certainly big enough for this, and they may even offer a bank wire for free. These methods take time, and it is not uncommon for cheques to take a month (or more) to land on the doormat from the time the withdrawal is approved. There are sharp national differences though, I have received casino cheques within 2 DAYS from them declaring the withdrawal processed. Being from the UK does have some benefits, even though nearly all the Playtech casinos think we are a nation of "fraudsters" - just means MGS get my custom, along with some RTG, but NO Playtech has been installed for ages on my PC. Playtech have more of a reputation for sending cheques when players deposited through an ewallet than any other software brand, but it is common now that you can never be certain HOW you will get paid, so even if you WANT a cheque, this is no guarantee this is what you will end up with.
One problem this could create is that they decide they don't want to pay by the method you chose, but in order to use a different method they need to get further details from you; but don't bother to tell you this. The result is that you wait patiently for something that will never arrive, and only when you complain much later will they reveal that they needed something else.
I had this happen to me, but it was Neteller, not a casino, and I had to beat it out of them with a stick, they were so incompetent that it took THREE complaints about the permanent limbo state of my withdrawal to bank before they admitted they needed more information. At some time, the same BS can be expected from a casino, so it is best to keep on top of pending withdrawals, know the promised schedule, and keep prodding them if these promises seem to be drifting too far without good reason.

Thanl you
